According to reports_ journalists close to Srinivas Reddy said that the MLA_s henchmen also threatened the journalist in the parking lot as he was about to leave__Hyderabad_ A senior Telangana-based journalist_ Siddireddy Srinivas Reddy_ has alleged that he was attacked by Congress MLA Mynampally Rohith_ who was recently elected from Medak. Rohith is son of senior Congress leader Mynampally Hanumantha Rao.__The scribe alleged that he was attacked by the MLA on two occasions at the Telangana secretariat earlier this week. Saifabad police_ on Wednesday_ filed a complaint but no acknowledgement was given to Siddireddy.__When asked about the incident_ Saifabad circle inspector Lakshmikanth Reddy told Siasat.com_ _I am not working today_ and I have no knowledge of any such complaint.___Detective Inspector Nagarjuna said that ACP is handling the case. Despite repeated attempts_ the ACP could not be availed for his comment. __Siddireddy Srinivas Reddy believes the attacks were due to his comments on the leader.

State Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy today spoke to Union Tourism Minister and State BJP President Shri G. Kishan Reddy on phone. Many pending issues between the central and state governments have been appealed to take the initiative to organize a special meeting with the heads of the central government for mutual cooperation.
