OK so after having a week-long mope and feeling pretty down, I thought about something a good friend suggested to me, that being a Dual-Monitor setup, removing the need for the app to view the test stream etc.

So this evening after work, I dug out my old monitor, plugged it into the PC and it worked!

I'm going to have to run some tests tomorrow, hopefully I can get this all set up and running and get back on track.

Well, i'm still a little achey, not fully right yet, but i'm so excited to be starting to play Monster Hunter Freedom Unite again that I can't wait until tomorrow!

So, i'm going to get myself comfortable, grab breakfast, a blanket & hot water bottle to keep warm & let's stream!

I know I said I wouldn't be streaming until Tuesday, but honestly I need to get my mind off of Monday so I need to do this today 😅

Hey guys, i won't be streaming today, i had a health relapse on Thursday evening and working through it yesterday has worn me out, i'm in alot of pain and discomfort and as much as I hate having to do so, i'll be contacting the doctors Monday to figure out the severity or hopefully non-severity of the situation.

i'm at work again today going to push on through the best I can, but won't be streaming now until Tuesday.

Next week we visit Monster Hunter Freedom Unite!

Starting next week I'll be celebrating the history of the Monster Hunter Series by playing them from the first generation to the current.
(excluding Portable 3rd since that never got released to the west)

We kickstart off the celebration with Monster Hunter Freedom on the PSP, effectively the G version of the PS2 game, which never got released to the west on the PS2 at least.

Speaking of the PS2 version, did you know that your weapon attacks were first mapped to the right analogue stick?!

However, when the game was ported to the PSP they mapped the attacks to ∆, O & ∆+O due to the lack of a second analogue stick.

I've deleted my Nuzlocke streams, honestly, when I look back on them, I didn't find them entertaining done in the live format, in the future when I do a Nuzlocke, i'll instead record footage and try to put them together in a better way.

The results of the Nuzlocke were a fail, and I think watching someone moping on stream at how difficult it was etc. just makes for poor content.

I really want to stream some Dragon Ball Z Kakarot and Code Vein and soon the upcoming Monster Hunter Rise, so i'll be concentrating more on those in the future.

Sorry guys, I woke up late due to watching the amazing Metrobordman on Twitch and playing Fortnite until the wee hours of the morn today, so I woke up too late to stream, and yesterday I had to sort some things out IRL

So tonight, I'm going to make sure I go to bed at a reasonable hour and should be streaming in the morning, I've got Fortnite Fever and really want to work through the seasons battle pass to unlock the anime character 😂

The Best Dressed Streamer! I enjoy video games, and men's fashion/style. Dressing well is a form of good manners! Paladins Partner and Stream Team Member | Survival, Simulator, and RTS gamer. And yes the streak in my hair is natural.

Hey guys, so if all goes well today, I'm hoping my mental state will be in a good place tomorrow, I'm not really feeling it for the Monster Hunter Rise Demo because I want to save all that excitement and joy for when I finally get the full game in March (I already have it pre-ordered EEEEEE!)
So while I wait for Rise to come out, I recently found out how much fun Code Vein is, I made my Avatar in the game, have played through up to the mansion, and I really want to explore the world there.

I was initially wanting to stream some Monster Hunter Freedom Unite using the PSVitaTV, but couldn't due to a HDCP error due to the HDMI Output being encrypted 😑 GG Sony...🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Anyway, life is all about variety and exploration, and i'm hoping to find both in Code Vein tomorrow, so until then stay warm, stay safe, stay awesome!

It's probably for the best I cancelled my stream today, i've been able to do nothing while i wait for my Grocery delivery which is being delayed by the snow, 3 hours late and counting :S

I can't imagine just how bad the roads are for the driver and the difficulties they're having working through this snow.

If anyone has been on the fence about cloud gaming, I highly reccomend giving Destiny 2 a try on Stadia.
Stadia doesn't require a subscription to use unlike Xcloud, however if you do subscribe, it does unlock 4k streaming which is fair tbh.
Gaming away from home has never been easier.
for options if you're on the move alot my recommendations are:
1. Nintendo Switch
2. Stadia on Mobile or tablets (can also be played in a browser)
3. Steam link (play any PC game installed on your home computer over the internet with Steam)
4. Playstation Remote Play
5. Xcloud
The reason Xcloud is currently at the bottom is because there are too many problems with it right now, it isn't optimised for 2.5ghz connections, so if you're hoping to play a game with friends like Sea of Thieves, you're not going to have a good time trying. the 5Ghz optimised version we have now isn't perfect either with tearing and distortion. It's got promise, but for a subscription service it's sub-par for now, but they're working on it and right now you can get Game Pass Ultimate for 3 months for just £1 that's how much they want people's feedback (and moneys XD)
anyway, i'll drop the stadia link below, go on, give Destiny 2 a try and see for yourself just how good Stadia is 🙂

I'm really tired today due to not sleeping well the last few days.
Once I'm rested up, I'll do a stream in the morning, and I'm set on that!

Hey everyone!

I thought it's about time I came clean about my lack of presence and streams over the last few months, I generally try to keep things to myself to not have people worry because worrying does nothing but cause personal distress, but equally, a problem shared is a problem halved.

So as some of you know, I work in retail, and due to the whole Covid situation, work has been super stressful meaning I haven't been in the right mindspace for streaming, it's been super rough with people just ignoring all rules about distancing etc when you've been working pretty much on the front line exposed to everyone panic buying etc.

We didn't have any protection when it started, then we got some measures put in place to kind of stem the flow and make it safe for us, then slowly those disappeared, and were replaced by an automated system that doesn't work.

so there's that.

Another thing that's been worrying me a bit was, we had a scare with my dad, at first we thought it could be Covid, but the test came back negative thankfully, then he had to have blood test after blood test and eventually an X-ray, this week we found out that it could be a sort of COPD which should be manageable with medication in the form of an inhaler.

So now that's off my mind.

The other thing is, platform, I honestly don't know where I want to stream, some friends want me to stream on Twitch, and some want me to stream on Facebook, I'm not a huge fan of Facebook though on the social media side of things, so tomorrow I'm closing my personal account just because I'm tired of stalkers and scammers trying to get my personal information by cloning friend's accounts and sending friend requests with them, half the time I don't accept, unless I forget I already have them added, which happened yesterday.

The plus side to that is, closing the personal account and keeping my non-personal and this page, I can concentrate on this page etc better.

On a final note, with the nightmare of 2020 out of the way, I'm excited for 2021, we have a fantastic Monster Hunter Game on the way, which is one of my favourite series, Paladins looks to be getting a really fun character introduced next month and rumours of a new Pokémon game coming this year and the fondly rumoured Switch Pro drawing closer to fruition, I'm practically beaming with excitement and want to share that energy with you all.

To keep things simpler, I think I'm going to stream to Facebook, it's easier to keep in touch with your community and stream to them here, where as for Twitch, you'd need to be pretty active on Twitter too, and I'm terrible at that stuff 😅

So here's looking forward for a better 2021

Hey everyone! I hope you're all well!

After playing the Demo of Monster Hunter Rise, I really want to do a video or stream about the changes made to the weapons, there's a lot to talk about and showcase!
So once I've finished up the jobs around the house and sorted some technical things out, maybe, just maybe, I might stream for a bit tonight no promises (you know how sporadic I am 😅🤦‍♀️)
