OUR FOUNDING STORY: We realised that many young women — ourselves included — lack mentors in business women, who can speak experientially to carving out a successful career path in a male-dominated industry. According to a 2017 study from professional services firm Egon Zehnder, only 54% (!) of women have access to senior leaders who act as mentors in their career. This means that while mentoring is hugely important for career knowledge and new advancement opportunities, only 1 in every 2 women will ever receive mentoring in their career. The podcast aims to change this.

Her Two Cents’ Worth makes these important conversations with female mentors and role models accessible anytime, anywhere, for anybody interested in female empowerment and business career development.
