Hello there people! It's been a while since our last post but is all because we're cooking up a long project, and now we need some help on our current project so we can showcase it when the time is right!

We're currently hiring a talented 2D artist to join our team and contribute to the creation of our upcoming game.

Job detail:
Create art assets in a wide range of styles, from concept to implementation in the game.
Conceptualize, design, and create (2D) in-game visual effects using current tools in a real-time engine.
Create high quality texture content for the game world
Create character concepts, environments and backgrounds.
Create graphic user interface and menu elements (GUI/UX)
Active involvement in the game creation process by interacting with the design team.
Effectively contributing to the art pipeline within deadlines and target platform constraints.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, 1+ years of experience as a video game artist preferred.
Ability to push creative projects from concept to final ex*****on
Thorough understanding of digital/traditional and Graphic art techniques.
Good knowledge of 2D editing tools (e.g. Adobe Animate/Illustrator) to deliver quality 2D assets.
Good skills using Photoshop (or similar tool) to create textures for 3D assets
Knowledge of academic drawing, sketching and/or illustration is a major asset.
Versatile and prepared to tackle many different kinds of tasks.
Self-motivation, excellent communication and organization skills, team spirit, proactivity.
Positive attitude with the ability to receive and provide objective feedback
Ability to multi-task and to adapt easily to change.
Fluent spoken and written English.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Please include a cover letter, up to date Curriculum Vitae and your portfolio of works.
Your portfolio can include shipped projects or (with permission) work in progress projects.

For students and fresh graduates, internship projects, student assignments or final year projects can be included in your portfolio.
All portfolios must contain a detailed shot breakdown that makes clear what you are responsible for in the portfolio you present.

Hey there gamers! We have an unfortunate announcement to make.

Due to game dev. circumstances we at RTG Studio would have to push back our game "Amnesiac Adventurers" to beat back those pesky bugs!
