CONCENTRIC RECORDS is a multi-disciplinary record label exploring new music that transcends identity and definitions, and is inspired by a sense of collective movement. Spawned by the work of artists who operate in between set approaches and styles, the label releases high quality, carefully-designed physical editions of recordings that defy genres and promote inter-cultural links.
The introductory release of the label is a record in three parts that feature a wide range of works from established pioneers as well as emerging talents, whose works combined evoke a new and yet-to-be-determined musical landscape. Following, the label will focus on commissioning concept-based releases and artist editions that are seeking to amplify musical expressions outside of the defined; via a series LP’s, 7” and digital formats.
Founded by Simone Merli and Luca Calo in 2020, Concentric Records is distributed by KMA60 and RAINTREE.
