There's a problem with the Culloden orbats in a small number of the hardcopies available from Amazon, with the Government forces being duplicated and the Jacobite omitted. This has now been corrected, but if you are affected, this are the complete orbats for both sides. Sorry it's a jpg, but FB isn't letting me upload pdfs to this page.

Been quiet for a while. I've been working on finalising the Jacobite rules, but for some light relief I've been playing around with Hapsburgs & ottomans for a change.

Some of you will know my involvement with the Northamptonshire Battlefields Society. We work closely with Delapre Abbey, where we hold our meetings. They are trying to buy the sword worn at Waterloo by one of the owners of the Abbey, to go on display alongside his Waterloo medal. The sword has been in private hands for many years, and if the Abbey doesn't buy it, it will disappear back into private hands. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to put an important part of the county's military history on public display. The Abbey is running a GoFundMe campaign to raise the money needed, but time is tight. They have until the close of business Monday 3rd April to hit their target. Please help if you can. Even £10 can make a difference:

A rare opportunity to bring a piece of history back to Delapré Abbey has … Aimee Holmes needs your support for Bring a piece of history back to Delapré Abbey

Many of you will know I am also involved in protecting Northamptonshire's military heritage. A unique chance has come up to purchase the sword used by Everard Bouverie at Waterloo. Everard owned Delapre Abbey, the site of the Battle of Northampton, until the estate was donated to the town of Northampton. The Delapre Abbey Preservation Trust is trying to raise the £8,500 needed to buy the sword and put it on display alongside his Waterloo medal. If they can't raise the funds, this important piece of our history will go back in to private hands, and we won't see it again for another 50 years. Help if you can, please: https://www.gofundme.com/f/bring-a-piece-of-history-back-to-delapre-abbey
