Made a short komik while taking a break from work.

Reminder that not every ✨productivity hack✨ is a one-size-fits-all kind of thing, and that's okay. You don't need to beat yourself about it. It sucks, but the best we can do is trial and error until we get it right.

It's been more than 3 months since I moved into a new place. A lot of packing, unpacking, and decluttering inspired this new period.

Moving to a new place is a fresh start for me and hopefully, my creative pursuits.

A mini-zine out of a notebook page and limited amount of highlighters, once you unfold everything there's a letter for .jpg ehe. A valentine's note, if you may.

Moving forward I shall focus on physical, tangible zines again.

Kapag pumupunta ako sa mga hardware, tinitignan ko mga saksakan, kasi wala lang nakakaaliw itsura, mukha silang nagulat. Ikaw ba naman saksakin kung 'di ka magulat non.

Maaaring gan'on yung intensyon ng maikling pelikulang 'to, yung saglit na gulat pagkatapos panoorin kasi sobrang biglaan. Tama naman, natapos ang pelikula nung hinugot ng bida ang sarili mula sa pagkakasaksak. Napaka-self explanatory pero kung gusto mong i-overread, meron akong ilang punto: (1) para syang RRL ng The Truman Show, sa wakas nahanap ng bida yung tatapos sa araw nyang paulit-ulit na lang. (2) awareness is the first step to emancipation; ok sige habang implied na he died after he unplugged himself (just nothing but static noises), it can also imply that he finally freed himself from that `too good to be true` reality he lives in. Maybe his life started after that. Ewan.

Isa 'to sa mga pelikulang pinalabas noon sa Cartoon Network, meron silang segment para sa mga aspiring young animators. Sana ibalik nila 'to.

I've been using zeen not zign as my `art name/persona` since 2017 but I feel like this doesn't fit me anymore so I created this new page.

Years passed and I think I've outgrown the part of me that often corrects how you pronounce zines and maybe I can create things other than zines.
