Hong Kong’s first punch cocktail lounge, .shaker is officially opening its door today and introducing punches which are widely considered to be the earliest form of cocktail that all others emanate from, dating back from 17th century India. Fun fact - Punch, means five in Sanskrit, like its 5 elements: fruits, spices (or tea), citrus, sugar, alcohol.
