Joining The Space Force
Right now (21 Dec 2019) there are no new accession guidelines for new Space Force officers or enlisted. The 'how do I join?' link on the official FAQ links to this Air Force page on space careers. Further in, the FAQ has this item:

Q: How can I join the Space Force?

A: Throughout the next year, the Department of the Air Force will determine career and accession paths for military and civilian personnel assigned or wanting to be assigned to U.S. Space Force. While the exact process of joining the U.S. Space Force is still being developed, anyone interested in joining the U.S. Space Force should look at current Air Force space-focused career fields such as Space Operations or Space Systems Maintenance.

Transferring To The Space Force
There are very rudimentary and vague guidelines for inter-service transfers from the Air Force (and only the Air Force) to the Space Force. The only people who are guaranteed to be allowed to transfer into the USSF are Air Force space operators. The 13S and 1C6 career fields, specifically. (No, I don't know what will happen to you if your core AFSC is something other than those two but you're currently in a 13S or 1C6 billet and/or have a space SURF. We'll know more as time goes by.)

For anyone who is not a 13S or 1C6, the answer is 'it depends'. The FAQ says this about transferring to the USSF:

Q: What Air Force career fields will be transferred to the Space Force?

A: Department of the Air Force members will fall into three broad groups, based on their Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC): Organic to the U.S. Space Force; organic to the U.S. Air Force; shared between U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force.

Organic to USSF will be those assigned to space operations and space systems operations. Over time, after we work through the transfer process, positions requiring this expertise will be filled by the USSF, and personnel with this expertise will be organized, trained and equipped by the USSF.

Shared between USSF and USAF will be intelligence, cyber, acquisitions, and engineers. There will be positions and people with these sets of expertise in both USAF and USSF. USSF and USAF will build capability to organize, train and equip individuals with this expertise and will be required to provide Combatant Commanders with this capability.

Organic to USAF will be the remaining specialties. The Air Force will retain responsibility to organize, train and equip these Airmen and provide this expertise and capability to Combatant Commanders.

Members will become part of the 6th branch of the Armed Forces (the U.S. Space Force) once they have been transferred either through a new appointment for officers or by being enlisted into the U.S. Space Force. The Department of the Air Force will go through a deliberate process and will provide information to individuals to help guide their decision to transfer into the U.S. Space Force.

If you are in a service branch other than the Air Force (e.g. Army, Navy, Marine Corps), the 2020 NDAA did not grant authority for you to be transferred over to the USSF. There are efforts underway to draft legislation for the 2021 NDAA to give the USSF such authority, however, and the Department of the Air Force envisions the USSF as an amalgamation of the space missions of every service branch. Unfortunately, at present there is no mechanism as yet established for transfer from services other than the USAF. In a recent Town Hall discussion, General Raymond did say that he was looking at transfer options similar to the 'blue to green' option, for individual service members to switch to the USSF. This should not be taken as anything more than a speculative idea at this time.

Avoiding Transfer To The Space Force
The official FAQ says this. Please note that nothing in this text indicates that the Air Force is required to retrain you in the long term. AFPC's spreadsheets have no mercy or compassion.

Q: Will service members assigned to Space Force have the ability to opt out if they prefer to stay in the U.S. Air Force (or other branch of the military)?

A: In the near term, service members who prefer to stay in the U.S. Air Force, even if they have an Air Force Specialty Code that will be organic to the U.S. Space Force, will be retained. Over time, members whose specialty is organic to the U.S. Space Force will either need to transfer to the Space Force, retrain into a specialty in the U.S. Air Force, or separate/retire. Individuals who are in shared AFSCs will be able to stay in the U.S. Air Force, but they may be assigned to support USSF missions and organizations.
