राम मंदिर के भूमिपूजन की तारीख जैसे-जैसे नजदीक आ रही है, हलचल बढ़ती जा रही है। देशभर मे मंदिर निर्माण में सहयोग देने की गतिविधियां भी तेज हो गई हैं। भूमि पूजन के लिए पवित्र नदियों का जल और तीर्थ स्थलों की पवित्र मिट्टी लाने का सिलसिला भी शुरू हो गया है। 5 अगस्त को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी अयोध्या में भूमि पूजन कर मंदिर निर्माण के लिए शिलान्यास करेंगे।

5 अगस्त को भूमि पूजन के बाद पीएम मोदी चांदी की ईंट से मंदिर निर्माण के लिए शिलान्यास करेंगे। यह चांदी की ईंट अयोध्या पहुंच गई है। यह शुद्ध चांदी की 22.6 किलोग्राम वजनी ईंट है। चांदी की आज के रेट के हिसाब से देखें तो इस ईंट की कीमत करीब 15 लाख 59 हजार है ।

EVERY person must know these 10 facts about depression.

1.
Clinical depression is a disorder, often caused by imbalance of necessary hormones/neurotransmitters that regulate your mental well-being.
2.
Clinical depression is just like any other physical disorder in other organs of our body (lungs, kidneys, heart, liver, endocrine glands, etc.).
3.
Those suffering from clinical depression, who end up commiting su***de, are NOT weak. They don't do it because of any visible problem like money, relationship, etc. (These factors of course, reinforce the depression and make it worse).
4.
Clinical depression is NOT same as being sad or upset or crazy.
For that matter, when a perfectly normal and otherwise happy individual casually uses the term "I am depressed" for a bad result or an office/household problem, it's NOT often the same as clinical depression.
5.
Clinical depression is a chronic problem. It needs treatment by experts. The treatment may involve medicines, therapies as well as councelling.
6.
There is no taboo in suffering from clinical depression. Just like there is no taboo from migraine, diabetes, heart attack or kidney failure. They are all disorders of different organs.
7.
Su***de is NOT something that is to be casually brushed off by calling someone weak, ridiculing their mental strength or making remarks that he wasn't strong to deal with this world.
8.
A Schizophrenic often sees someone often trying to murder him and becomes violent/scared/abusive.
An Alzheimer's patient starts forgetting even his son, daughter, wife or the very basic address of his home.
A Parkinson's patient is not even able to coordinate his movements.

Just as the above mentioned patients don't do any of these on their own will, a clinically depressed patient doesn't take his own life due to some tangible event of his life. His hormones/mental condition forces him to take the extreme step. Their brains are not functioning at the same efficiency !

Talk about depression.
Don't consider it a taboo.
Mental health is as important as physical health.
Someone who is clinically depressed is NOT necessarily because of problems in his/her life. It is a disorder. It can happen to the happiest and most prosperous of people ! It strikes all of a sudden. Be watchful for the symptoms.
10. Stress, poor routine, insomnia, undue pressure, certain life events, emotional trauma make it worse.
Just like above factors also make heart disease, obesity, kidney disease or thyroid worse.
Only awareness about mental health will help us solving the problem !! Let's spread awareness...

But even all the money cannot save you from mental health problems if you don't talk to someone and actively seek help or allow yourself to be helped.

Mental health is a silent disease and it will slowly eat you from the inside till there is nothing left, till you reach for a blade or a rope and end it because what else is there?

1 in 6 people in India have mental health problems. This means 225,000,000 people are suffering in the country from depression or some other kind of mental health issue.

Yet, even today, the majority have a "arre tu pagal hai kya jo doctor dikhayega" attitude towards mental health. Now, it is okay if our parents do it because their generation didn't have the available resources to become aware.

But if our generations and the younger generation are not aware, it is like a crime. You have smartphones in your hand, and all the info in the world is right on your palm. If you choose to ignore it, how will you even identify when you, or a family member or a close friend is suffering from a issue?

It is your duty and responsibility to help the older generation become aware. So read about it. Talk about it. Reach out to each other. Know the signs. ACKNOWLEDGE IT.

AND PLEASE STOP SHAMING PEOPLE ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS. 🙏
