There are days when this is harder than others.

We've been trying to meditate more often. On days when we do meditate, especially consecutive days, we do see positive improvements.

I think everyone, at some point in their lives, gets caught up in consumerism. Whether it stems from depression, status quo, or just keeping up with the Jones' it can start to weigh a person down.

A little over ten years ago we noticed that we had way too much and started going through the boxes and totes we had stored in the attic. Once we had tackled the attic we looked around and started paring down our living spaces as well.

This is a topic we'll discuss in the podcast this fall. Stay tuned. ~Kevin

We've experienced challenges with our own kids. I think the key is to stay calm and not get (too) stressed. If you get stressed then it stops being something fun for the family to do rather it becomes a chore for everyone. ~Kevin
