As we approach Valentine's Day, I want to share one of my favorite NES Infoceuticals: Love ❤

There are moments when we may find it challenging to extend love to ourselves.This infoceutical has been my faithful companion during these times.

I've been doing some inner work and bringing negative unconscious programming into my conscious awareness. Often when you do this work many emotions come to surface that take some time to process. This can be an uncomfortable process.

There are a few tools that you can used to assist your body in this detoxing process. I often use this device called the MiHealth which is a PEMF device programmed with specific information (frequency) to assist my body in this process.

🎄 Tis the season for joyful chaos and all the holiday hustle and bustle. Particularly for me these past 2-3 weeks have run my body battery super flow - I found myself reaching for a little extra energy boost today.
