Happy international women’s day to all the beautiful women in my life!❤️
When they say “we came, we saw, we conquered”, they are talking about us!
Everyday, we see all sorts of stereotypes against us
But take a look at us, we never stopped pursuing our dreams
We keep pushing!!!
A lot of us are women in engineering
Women hustling
Women that have undergone education
Women that have been abused in one form or the other but still see reason to live every passing day
Women that are fending for ourselves
Women that have seen “shege” with men but still believe in true love
Women succeeding in business!
Women that are finding their way into the entertainment industry and topping it all the way!
To mention but a few…
I honestly think we don’t give each other enough credit
Being a woman is enough achievement!
We are breaking the bias every day
We are proving them wrong over and over again
And we won’t stop!
If it’s just one day in a year we get to celebrate ourselves as women, let’s do it right!
Take a break today!
Do whatever makes you happy!
Feel all the love that accompanies the celebration today!
Don’t feel less of a person, not today, not any other day!
Show love to every woman out there!
