Relax at our charming condo while being centrally located within 5 miles of downtown Augusta! This 2-bed, 1.5 bath retreat home is perfect for up to 4 travelers, business guests or a family. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor grill on the patio! This space is perfect for visitors who desire to be close to top golfing activities, near the Savannah River, downtown restaurants, shops and nightlife. From nature trails to kayaking, art exhibits and history museums, there is something for everyone!

Visitors will find everything they need with 2 spacious bedrooms featuring comfortable beds, high-quality cotton linens and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. Soak in the bathtub after a long day of activities! The 1.5 bathrooms are stocked with essential showering amenities, fluffy towels, and a hair dryer. For added convenience, there's a washer, dryer and iron available for guest use or a laundromat is nearby.
The stocked kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including an electric stove, microwave, blender and dishwasher. Guests will also have a hot water kettle, coffee maker, wine glasses and complimentary coffee included with all the necessary cooking essentials for during their stay. Savor your favorite grilled meals on the furnished patio while enjoying board games provided for entertainment with family and friends.
Guests can enjoy high-speed internet for online work or streaming their favorite movies on either of the 2 smart TVs. For families with children, there are amenities available for kid’s entertainment and safety including a travel crib, books and toys for all ages. Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a key code to self check-in. The space is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. The surrounding area is a neighborhood and university - guests are encouraged to explore. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the area!
Other things to note
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful residential neighborhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community, environment, and your surrounding neighbors. Please treat our home with respect and care and monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet Hours are in place from 11:00pm - 8:00am.
Pets and Service Animals are welcome. However, there is no smoking anywhere on the property. There is a fireplace available, but we have placed restrictions on its use. If you’re interested in an early check-in/late check-out, please ask us for approval at least 1 day in advance. Please review our house manual provided after booking for additional recommendations including a detailed house guide.
No parties and no unauthorized guests allowed without prior notification. If we suspect there to be more guests sleeping at the home than was originally booked in the reservation, additional charges will be assessed and those guests will be asked to leave immediately. The home’s maximum capacity is 4 registered guests.
Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB.
