I’m so excited! Because I added muscle strengthening to my jump rope routine. I can feel my left shoulder is getting better. I may be able
to do things that I’m not able to do before. 💪🏽

I love making videos of my jumps. I love seeing my progress. I can see where I went wrong so next time I avoid to make the same mistakes again. And the best of all, encourage and inspire other people just others inspire me to do what I do now 🙂 Just pay it forward.
