🗣️The military cannot intervene in CLAN CONFLICTS or REDO as this is part of Moro culture. The role of military to this conflict is to ENSURE PUBLIC SAFETY. However, as stated, intervention is allowed if public safety is at risk or the situation escalates.

And what’s happening now is residents have evacuated. Barangay Macao, a commuter intersection surrounded by small vendors selling Maranao delicacies like DODOL and frequented by public, is now affected, with people evacuating and small businesses closing down due to fear. Not only affecting our barangay but also the neighboring barangays. Moreover, schools, Madrasah and students in our area are also affected, with urgent suspension being implemented due to this conflict.

Given these circumstances, we can say that we truly need help from the authorities. We ask assistance to ensure puclic safety from AFP, PNP of Lanao del Sur and other security forces to protect the residents and restore peace in the area. 🤲🏻

Priority ko na yung sarili ko ngayon. wala na kong pakealam kung sinong umalis at sinong umayaw sa’kin. i’m done chasing people. focus na’ko sa sarili ko tsaka sa mga totoong nagmamahal sa’kin. selfish na kung selfish, mapride na kung mapride. pero i won’t let myself beg again infront of those pips who can’t accept me for who i am. kung gusto nyo umalis, go! ayaw niyo na sa’ken? sige ayoko na din. pagod na kayo intindihin ako? okay enough. sawa na kayo? then i’ll give u the freedom that u want. tama na yung "siksik sarili gaming" HAHAHAH ayoko na ng pakiramdam na parang napipilitan na lang kayo mahalin ako dahil sa naaawa kayo sa’ken. at the end of the day, i’ll still thank u for the memories and the lesson that i’ve learned.❤️

YUNG MGA PARINIG NILA, PARA RIN PALA SA SARILI NILA

Minsan, mapapansin mo, ang daming tao sa paligid mo na mahilig magparinig. Kung anu-anong sinasabi nila, kunyari may pinatatamaan, pero ang totoo, sarili lang din naman nila ang dinadamay nila sa kwento. Tapos ikaw, bilang taong hindi naman kasali, madadala pa sa drama nila. Pero ito lang ang realidad—karamihan ng mga parinig, reflection lang yan ng mga issues nila sa sarili nila.

Kaya kung may naririnig kang tila ba ikaw ang pinatatamaan, huminga ka nang malalim at mag-isip: “Worth it ba talaga na patulan ko 'to?” Madalas, hindi naman talaga. Kasi sa dulo, sila rin ang may problema, sila rin ang gumagawa ng gulo, at ikaw? Ikaw lang ang napasama sa gulo nila.

Kapag ganyan ang senaryo, piliin mo nang manahimik. Dedmahin mo sila. Hindi mo kailangang i-prove ang sarili mo sa mga taong hindi naman nag-e-effort na intindihin ang side mo. Minsan ang pinakamalakas na sagot ay ang pananahimik, kasi hindi mo kailangang sumabay sa ingay para mapatunayan kung sino ka talaga.

Tandaan mo, hindi lahat ng tunog, kailangan mong pakinggan. At hindi lahat ng sinasabi, kailangang sagutin.

The biggest slap that college can give you is knowing that your dream as an adult is easily attained by others while it is too far from your reach. Kahit tumakbo ka patungo sa pangarap mo, may mas mabilis pa rin sa 'yo kahit naglalakad lang sila. It was the cruel truth that others tend to hide by saying you can be anything with proper hard work. Although hard work is helpful - you can't deny the power of influence and money when it comes to an easy path to success.!

"Maturity."

Sinasabi nila it comes with age. Pero para saken, Maturity comes through trial and error & life experiences. Kasama na yung age oo pero it's just a factor. Kapaag marami ka mga pagsubok na pinagdaanan. Kasama 'yung mga good things, bad, failures, rejections, happy moments, ups and downs and all of your mistakes and losses in your life, but even those things na napagdaanan mo, you have learned something important to grow.

Being mature means nagiging mas malawak tayo mag-isip at kapag nagkamali ka, hindi ang pride ung inuuna mo. Kasalanan mo man ‘yun o hindi, matuto ka dapat magpakumbaba para sa ibang tao para maayos 'yung mga problema. Ito itatanong ko sa'yo. Ba't mo pa papatagalin ang isang bagay, kung maayos din naman at kaya mo naman pala mag step up at ayusin din naman 'to?

Dahil sa totoo lang. Wala talaga 'yan sa edad pero it's the way how you react on things and take responsibility on them. Naniniwala ako na people need constructive criticisms in their lives para malaman nila ang mga pagkakamali at pagkukulang nila para i-improve 'yung sarili nila. Nagiging mas mature ang isang tao when they stop blaming others. As soon as we accept our mistakes, it all comes down to us.

Maturity simply means accepting flaws, lapses and understanding even the smallest things in life. Mas pipiliin mong unawain at intindihin ‘yong isang sitwasyon na kahit na ‘di lahat ng gusto mo (bagay, ugali, etc...) masusunod or makukuha mo. Matuto kang i-adjust ang sarili mo sa sitwasyon. Hindi lahat ng pagkakataon ibang tao ang mag aadjust sa'yo. Uso maging responsible sa own actions natin at wag tayong gagawa ng mga bagay na ‘di kayang panindigan sa bandang huli.

Social Worker lang? Seriously!!
Other than passing a Board Exam and recognized as a Licensed Professional. Here are some facts:

The Bachelor of Science in Social Work deals with lots of interdisciplinary studies to become an academic discipline. In fact, we are like a blend of courses since we have professional courses on (a) Human Behavior and Social Environment (makes it suitable pre-med); and (b) Social Welfare, Policies, Programs, and Services (makes it suitable for pre-law and for social research) in fact we combine many perspectives in a multi-disciplinary approach such as but not limited to social philosophy, social psychology, anthropology, sociology, and humanities with some elements of development communication plus policy and program development and management, political science and legal studies focused on social welfare and development, also, we study social action, supervision and administration, and social research. Imagine all of these compressed into one course, not including our main courses on social case management, social group work, and community organizing and development.

Yung notion na walang pera sa Social Work, well, hindi rin, not in all fields and settings, you can land a high paying job in Social Work and be financially successful in it. Why?

Imagine with all those knowledge and skills at academe palang yan ha at nadadagdagan pa yan once we chose our fields (such as basics in agriculture when dealing with farmers in their livelihood projects), tapos you'll expect na we're a profession na may "lang" kapag binabanggit. Being Generalist and Holistic is not something to be regarded lightly. You can have a good career in it while serving the people.

It's time to stop the misconceptions on Social Work and give the recognition that is long overdue. Dapat hindi Social Worker "lang" kundi Social Worker siya, "hindi yan basta basta".
