Hey yall! A new poem is up. This one is of high quality and I have made it available to patrons. It's about advocating for a survivor while at the time living in a house full of men while being pretty unsure about my own gender identity/ sexuality. I try to organize a pro-feminist men's group while learning about the misogynist and classist roots of heterosexuality, as well as the gender journey that is yet to come.

My first nud ie shoot is up.
The title is "Spring Showers"

28/03/2020

This 2012 poem will be part of my next zine on my patreon. First draft!
"P**s"
A number
Who is this
“Penny”

First Friday and we are
Moving and eating and drinking
And though Jada,
Like a leprechaun
Can appear at any time, I am
Calm and

Jada, naked in a gallery
Birds flying up side
A flash, put away

Past the
Print, I am under Gay
Street with Pen, climbing walls

“I’m dumb, she’s a lesbian…”
Maybe I’ll have some fun

Chain link fence prevents
us from charting hidden
paths

Continuing onward across
town across carbonation
zigging and zagging
through intoxicants

“I broke up with Derek” she says
across fears and doubts
And hopes and
dance floors

To karaoke hosts
not tonight, she grabs me
south

Across roads to walls
Flanking dumpsters
helping five feet of fire
climb up

Finding cereal and pastries
Climbing retaining walls
Five feet of fire offers
Her hand

Half a moon greets us in
Cemetery silent

Beetleguise, she points
Out
A supernova in the
Making, already gone
Possibly
Waiting for the years
Of light to make their way

Fire, light, death
reaching. And?

Catching up, I catch
Pen drop her pants
on a grave’s vase
pi***ng out pints of
booze and zipping up for
what’s next

The Dollar Tree

From pictures
These women
know

Amy wondering why
I took them down
And Jennifer's
curious look

I blush

She corrects, "I spend
all day dressed as a man.
Why should I care?"

Not a problem

Gotta love the
working class
country woman

Been through
too much
to care if their
shy, sprout
of a coworker
breaks the dress
code

Been through
too much
to question
the work of God
and the will
to survive

The Le***an

There
In soul
An eyelash
Flutters
Lids, they part

The semester
Chugging like a train
Creaking in departure

Dates
And something else
Some shift, not slight
Not whole

Some whisper
These dates
Resuming the winter
Search, some enthu-
siasm, but changed
The mountain
speaks

The eye, the heart
Peer into this
Countryside
The details

Who
Does what, this
Perspective, swirling

Two dates
Cassie meets
Coffee, walk looking at
Graffiti, art
ok

Plans in gentle
January sun

And Penny
At the bar, riding to
small apartment
Sun Sphere twinkling

Completing each other’s
Sentences, extending
Each other’s thoughts
And Super Mario leaps
To strike a box

Julian the cat
purrs, grazing touch
Swimming head over
Aluminum cans and
What

Eyes on floor,
“I have plans”
I tell Pen

Cassie, checking the drag show
and cuddles
And The Girl Who Played WIth Fire
But with what match

Lisbeth in utter agony, unsure
What I’ve turned on
And turned off

Soft goodbyes in a sprinkle
Of wet night

On page days later
Sunsphere twinkling

Brain chewing, Pen

Evolving

With asking fingers
and listening bodies
we move like the arms
of record players

on the bench by the garden
in the tower over campus
on couch sipping wine
Between rain showers

reluctantly, we let go for
the words of professors
the diagrams of books

to return, letting go of
clothes high in the woods
letting our voices
sing praises

rising and falling like jazz
to a common rhythm

But Milly in dreams
and Mirah with orange
and questions nibbling

at sonata
clanging cymbal
muting
Haley's soft reminders

and then reoriented flourish
hips locked drool flying in
bedroom

Next time

No clothes
close
so close

Sewing

The threads of past
Years, wrapping
Joining in arcs, darting

The colors of these coats
These sounds of past
Loves, acknowledged and

Blotted out
Narratives built
And crushed

Gathered from a picnic basket
Dumpstered long ago
These artifacts, posts,
And emails

Candles lit
Extinguished

Like magical
birthday candles

Images, gathered
Collaged, and scanned

Printed and bound
The worlds, form
Eyes shifting
Heart aching
Hope reaching

Zines, birth
