To honor my mom, I have done a rebrand for my gaming spaces! I have made a new page here on Facebook (see my last post on my personal page) and created a new name. NateOPotato is something mom and friends called me growing up. Her birthday was 8/6 so we paid homage to her in a few ways here. Those following my twitch, I have updated my name and art.

All art, clips, montages, etc will be hand done by myself to honor mom as well. When I showed her my first montage I made she was in disbelief. It was awesome. So we will continue that path and shoot to be live at least once a week as well as posting art work, clips, etc to my page.
(Art done below on iPad with sketchbook and my finger) super pumped to get this ball rolling again!

***PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS***

Yesterday marked 3 months since mom has been gone….crazy to think about. Seems like just yesterday I got that devastating call.

While not diagnosed, I believe my mom suffered in silence with depression. This led to using alcohol to cope with it. This caused her liver and kidneys to shut down and ultimately her death.

Those of you that knew my mom, knew she would give the shirt off her back for just about anyone. This has led me to wanting to do something in memory of her.

I have decided through my social media/gaming community, I am going to raise money for a different charity every month in her honor! The first month will be to a charity that helps those with depression and bipolar disorder which are two of the nations highest mental illnesses.

Alright y’all! In 2022 I wanna do something BIG!

All bits, donations, subs, etc earned in 2022, will be going to CHARITY!!!!! Every month, I am going to find a charity that I can relate to/like and they will get all money that you guys and gals donate.

What inspired me to do this is 💯 my mom. She would have given the shirt off her back for anyone. I want to raise money first and foremost for addiction support. Addiction is a nasty thing and it took both my mom and dad from us. I want to do this for them, mostly my mom.

This isn’t for clout. This isn’t to gain followers. This is only to give back! In December of 2022, I will take all money and help a local family in need to have a better Christmas! These are just some of my ideas!!!

Please please please share this! The more people we have in this community, the more likely we will be able to raise a ton of money for those in need!

Alright y’all. I am going to save my gaming of Zelda for when I am live. I will play THE WHOLE GAME THROUGH while I am live. Won’t touch it unless I am streaming!
