I bought Juke the ball run for Christmas but decided to wait until his second birthday to get it out for him… he’s literally played with it every day since!
It’s hard to put a suitable age on these sorts of resources as I would say it’s also very personality dependant… we still have the random spurts of energy that accidentally throw his whole body on top of the ball runs but on the whole he’s pretty good and understanding of being delicate with it all.

We’ve also found the perfect magnet storage in our pirate treasure chest 😍

Practice makes progress…

We are a little while off considering toilet training fully however I really want to empower Juke by helping him to be comfortable and confident around the potty.

I’ve been leaving our Ezy-potty from around the house for Juke to explore and engage with at his own pace.

The same toddler who made me want to drown myself at the swimming pool today 🙈
The tantrums, the terrible twos, the stage where they know what they want but can’t put it into words.. this stage has to be my toughest yet!
Public tantrums are so hard to negotiate and you can’t help but feel like all eyes are on you. The whole “they’re having a hard time not giving you a hard time” does not make those moments any easier because yes, they’re having a hard time… but so am I. It’s a phase we need to negotiate together and it’s a phase that has both our emotions running high 😩

Today got to me because it’s the last day before we go back to work and I just wanted it to be such a nice day… luckily he had a huge nap after swimming and I was able to run out my frustration on the running machine followed by re-arranging the whole garage 🙈😂

We had the cutest delivery from this morning!

I’ve used for Juke since day one. Being a daycare worker I’ve seen A LOT of nappies & have always stood out to me as the favourite!

Juke had so much fun testing out his new bath toys from .necessities_

They’re made out of silicone and can be used in so many ways, from squirters to pouring cups… they also open into two piece to allow for cleaning. No more mouldy bath toys!
