THESECONDATPORTSEA is back at the Farm! She won first up last prep from a similar barrier, and she’ll have plenty of residual fitness. She’s in great order and worth a small spec each way.

COUNTER is going for back to back wins at the Farm this afternoon. The step up in distance will suit and he should appreciate the cut out of the ground. Sticky draw, but if he travels up like last start he’ll be in the finish again.

The best maiden in the country returns! COUNTER takes his talents to the Sunshine State, kicking his prep off at the Sunshine Coast in a 1400m maiden. The $3 on offer is utter madness, surely he gets out closer to $4 closer to the jump.

He has ability, he just needs to put it all together. A strong jockey like helps big time as he’s a bit of a nutcase. Soft draw and the long Sunny Coast straight, he’ll be going close for a great group of connections.

She’s back, possibly for the last time this prep. She owes us absolutely NOTHING, but we’ll take another W. The soft draw in a small field helps her chances. The favourite was beaten half a length to Ocean Zar last start, our girl beat that galloper by 2.5L 2nd up this prep.

She will have every chance to make it 4 from 6 this prep. GO GIRL!
