This year I’ve challenged myself in ways I never imagined (hello Hyrox) and gone through things no one ever wants too. I’ve walked beside friends who were struggling but also got to share in moments of celebration. It’s been hard and mentally taxing but also beautiful and full of love. Here’s to another year of being more present, patient & finding the glimmers every day 👌🏻 (because life can be hard but the only thing in our control is how we choose to get up and keep moving forward).
