Packed with miso, soy and shiitake mushroom flavors, make this crowd-pleaser creamy mac and cheese as a side or main. @hellskitchenfox @hexclad pan Ingredients 2 tablespoons Spiceology Korean Chili Flakes 2 tablespoons Spiceology X Hell Kitchen Smashing Salmon Blend 12 oz Noodles (whatever macaroni is your favorite) 8 oz cheddar cheese 16 oz whole milk 0.2 oz Spiceology Sodium Citrate 2 tablespoons miso paste\n1 tablespoon chives Instructions Cook noodles to al dente drain and set aside. In a small sauce pot combine milk, blend, 1T Korean chile flake, miso. Mix well and bring to a simmer. Add Sodium Citrate. Add cheese. Once it thickens into a sauce pour over mac and stir. Finish in the oven at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with Korean chile flake remaining and chive.
