We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Virtual Assistant – Media Buyer to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage Facebook Messaging Ads & TikTok Ads (we'll provide the creatives and copy).
Track performance and do basic optimizations.
Extract daily data from Ads Manager and update Google Sheets.
Select video creatives that perform best (for TikTok Ads).
Document processes to keep everything organized.

What you WON'T do:
No copywriting needed — we’ll provide the ad text.
No complex video editing or content conceptualization.

What We’re Looking For:
Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
Basic understanding of ad metrics like CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA.

Ever wonder why your job application isn’t getting noticed?

Here’s the truth: with over 10 years in recruitment, I’ve seen hundreds—sometimes thousands—of applications flood in for just one role. Even the best candidates can easily get lost in the pile.

But that doesn’t mean you can’t stand out.

Here are three proven ways to make sure your application lands on top:

✔️ Right Timing: Early birds have an advantage. When a job is freshly posted, recruiters tend to go through the initial applications in depth. Set up alerts, apply early, and get your name in there first—you might just beat the crowd.

✔️ Keywords Matter: Most applications go through applicant tracking systems (ATS) first. Load your resume with the exact keywords from the job description. If they’re looking for “copywriting strategy,” or "meta media buyer" use that phrase! Keywords work like a secret code that helps you get noticed in a sea of resumes.

✔️ Personalized Communication: We value relationships and genuine interest. Instead of a generic cover letter, add a few specific lines about the role or company. Show that you’ve done your research, and we’ll feel your sincerity through the screen.

🌱 While you can directly reach out, make sure it’s authentic and genuine. I’ve had people reach out only when they needed a role, with no intention of nurturing the relationship.

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned in my HR and Recruitment career is that culture fit is everything.

I’ve seen how companies with strong values thrive, while those that don’t often lose people fast. Skills matter, but they don’t mean much if the company and the hiree don’t share the same values.
