Administrative Assistant / Virtual Assistant (Philippine-Based)
15 hours/week • Monday–Friday
We're helping a client in Australia hire an organised, reliable, and tech-savvy VA to manage admin tasks, CRM updates, automations, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality. Must be available M–F and able to align occasionally with Australian business hours.
Responsibilities
Email & calendar management
Document formatting, reporting & billing
CRM updates (GoHighLevel) & pipeline tracking
Trello task management
Zapier automations
AI-assisted tasks (ChatGPT)
File management (Google Workspace, Dropbox)
Qualifications
2+ years as Admin / VA / EA
Excellent English (written & verbal)
Strong skills in Google Workspace, Trello, Dropbox
Experience with GHL, Zapier, and AI tools
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and independent
Stable internet + secure home office
Preferred
Experience with AU / UK / US clients
Familiarity with Notion, Canva, or similar tools
