If you’ve worked inside an Australian RTO, this might be the role you’ve been waiting for. We’re helping an Aussie client look for an An Admin & Automation Assistant. Someone who understands the RTO flow, the systems, the compliance world, and the student journey.

And yes, salary starts at 6–8 AUD/hour…

But the client is very open to increasing it for the right candidate with solid RTO experience. 😉

What you’ll be doing:
• RTO admin (enrolments, records, compliance docs, certificates)
• Keeping LMS/SMS updated and accurate
• Supporting students + trainers
• CRM updates
• General admin: emails, calendars, reports
• Basic WordPress updates
• Simple social media scheduling
• Using AI tools to make tasks faster

Non-negotiable:

We're helping a client in Australia hire an organised, reliable, and tech-savvy VA to manage admin tasks, CRM updates, automations, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality. Must be available M–F and able to align occasionally with Australian business hours.

Responsibilities

Email & calendar management

Document formatting, reporting & billing

CRM updates (GoHighLevel) & pipeline tracking

Trello task management

Zapier automations

AI-assisted tasks (ChatGPT)

Qualifications

2+ years as Admin / VA / EA
