Celebratory ‘officially VAT registered’ lunch. 🗼🍽🥣🍛

A strange thing to celebrate? Maybe, but to us hitting this milestone was a huge moment, from small beginnings (November 2020) in Swindon to a 6-figure London based business!! ⚡️💡

It’s not all been plain sailing, we’ve navigated some difficult situations. Through it all we’ve thrived and became stronger with experience. 🧮📖📌

Our first post in a month! And what a month (and a bit) it’s been. 👨‍👩‍👧👨‍🍼👶🏻🍼

Aswell as juggling a new baby, we’ve onboarded 4 new website projects, 2 new digital strategy clients and managed to find time to enjoy some sunshine (whilst it’s out). ☀️🌞🌅

We’re also seeing some of the best results from campaigns to date, with website traffic up 27% from the start of the year for one of our clients! 📊

Huge shoutout to my business partner, wife, babymum and Co-founder of Digibiz Jess who as always has taken the intense balance of mum/work life in her stride on little to no sleep. Such a professional 🚀

Thanks to all our clients too for all the messages, consideration and understanding for the occasional baby crying in the background!! 🌈

Sometimes the simplest ideas are the most effective ones. 💭

When it comes to ads we know how to run them well and get them shown to the right people, but what really makes people click is your creative assets (images, videos etc.)🖱

We’re forever using the analogy ‘you can take a horse to water, but you can’t make them drink’… a good creative is like changing that water to something, super tasty!!

Our month of 1st birthday celebrations are over and it's straight back down to earth with the submission of our first year's financial accounts! 😶

We're also using this reflection and review time to improve our accounting processes. This includes outsourcing our weekly bookkeeping activities. 🤩

Fraser is very pleased to report that Jess is no longer doing the accounts. Jess is very pleased that she never has to email asking for a list of 2084783 receipts ever again. 🙂
