Work in progress - Cozonac
This is my first attempt to do this traditional Romanian festive cake with Thermomix. The dough was so soft and airy.
I can't wait for the result 😁

So far I could say that the whole process was very easy and pleasant. The recipe is step by step, easy steps, with descriptive pictures for assembly and video for the sensor.
The waiting is not as easy as the recipe 🙈
I will post the result 😁

I am so blessed to be invited to The Gold Tour - It was such a great night, with lots of presents and recognitions 💞

I was not expecting to get on the stage 🙈 🥰

I love autumn days 💕
I love my coffee and a good piece of cake next to it. And of course I love my Thermomix because I can do all the delicious stuff in it.

The Red Velvet Cake, without red food colorant. Such a delicious cake, made for my second daughter's birthday.
Everyone enjoyed it. This was her second cake for her birthday. So simple and quickly to make.
I will definitely do it again 🥰

Yesterday I made, for the very first time, focaccia. It was first time because I thought it is difficult to make it.
But with Thermomix, this was a easy-peasy job to do. Less than 5 minutes, since i started to look the ingredients until I let it to rest. Definitely I will do it again, and I will try some Italian recipes also.
I decided to do a hummus next to it, because we all love it.

🍑 𝘼𝙞 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙛 𝙨𝙖̆ 𝙞̂𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙞 𝙘𝙚𝙫𝙖 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙩?
Notează-ți rețeta acestui gazpacho de caise pe care o găsești pe Cookidoo🍑

📝Ingrediente pentru 6 porții

🍑 500 g de caise proaspete coapte, fără sâmburi
🍅500g de roșii coapte tăiate în bucăți
🧊 200g de cuburi de gheață
🍏30g de oțet de mere
🧅60g de ceapă
🌶️40g ardei roșu
🥒 60g de castraveți
1 linguriță și jumătate de sare
(1 vârf de cuțit de chimen măcinat (opțional)
100g de ulei de măsline
🥩4-5 felii de jambon Serrano
🧀 80g de brânză de capră tăiată în cubulețe de 1 cm sau brânză feta mărunțită

𝑴𝒐𝒅 𝒅𝒆 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒓𝒆

1️⃣ Puneți în bol caisele, roșiile, gheața, oțetul, ceapa, ardeiul, castravetele, sarea, chimenul și uleiul și mixați 5min/vit.10. Scoateți un recipient ermetic și păstrați în frigider pentru cel puțin 1 oră.
2️⃣ Împărțiți gazpacho în 6 boluri, decorați cu felii de jambon crocant și brânză de capră și serviți.
