Applications are open NOW for the Catalyst Fund. Funded by Mastercard and presented in partnership with Hello Alice and Global Entrepreneurship Network this program offers $5K grants to act as a catalyst to drive your small business forward!

Eligible entrepreneurs must:
🐇Be a for-profit business located in Atlanta, Birmingham, Dayton, Los Angeles, New Orleans, New York City, St. Louis, and/or Washington, D.C.
🍄must be majority owned (51+%) by a Black-identifying entrepreneur(s)
✨ have between 1 and 10 employees
💙 have a commitment to their customers and community
🐇 have a clear plan to use the grant funds.

It is not a secret that Women are born to be natural leaders, and they should be celebrated. During Women's History Month in March, Yummie O. and will kick off the annual global campaign to celebrate women and pour into their businesses by presenting ten female owned businesses with a $5000 business grant.

The heart behind this initiative is to empower, motivate, and inspire women to follow their dreams wherever they may take them, no matter how big or small. We hope to one day see all Women in Business experience financial freedom and the liberties that come with pouring into each other by doing the same. 

Business owners can apply for the grant on the yummy extensions website. After the application deadline, the applicants will undergo a screening and interview process.  Grant recipients will be announced on April 6th, 2023

Main Street America and American Express are pleased to announce that applications for the Backing Small Businesses Grant are now open! The grant program will award 350 small business grants of $5,000 to eligible businesses in the U.S. and territories.

In 2021, American Express and Main Street America created the Backing Small Businesses grant program to help economically vulnerable U.S. small business owners recover from the COVID-19 pandemic and grow their businesses.

Now in its second year, the program has increased both grants awarded and total funding to $2.3 million to further support small business owners in building their economic vitality and fostering a thriving community.

New this year are Enhancement Grants for grantees: If you are awarded a $5,000 grant through this program, your business may also be eligible to be considered for an additional $25,000 Enhancement Grant!
