the money issue., out march 2023, presents an opportunity to discuss the wide-ranging themes of money, from capitalism to currency and everything in between. artists who submit are encouraged to bring forth their own experience and develop an authentic piece (or pieces) that reflect their own understanding of the subject.

whet was accepted to the 2022 annual sf zine fest! that means

the event will be held on 9/4 from 11a-5p at the city view at the metreon in downtown san francisco.
..but, whet needs your help to make this dream all the dreamier! printing copies for the festival will cost $1,042.62 (transparency at all times, amiright?!) and it's critical that every version is on the table for the world to see. that's where you and that generous spirit come in!

what is your perspective, understanding, and definition of love? how do art and love intersect? artists will explore these questions and more throughout the love issue., while providing their own take on what love means and how it manifests itself through their art—and art as a whole.
