1. It is what it is. Accept it. You cannot change it. It will either control you or, you will control it.

2. Harvest the good. The more you look for it, the more you will find.

3. Forgive all of the rest. Forgive means to let go of completely, abandon.

"There is no failure only feedback!" - Heather Lee Chapman

Thank you to Heather from Own It Empire by Heather Chapman for this week's coach's tip!

This statement couldn't be more true, both personally and professionally.

When you believe that there is no such thing as failure, you stop being afraid of making mistakes.

This can lead to taking more risks, and earning more learning opportunities.
And when you learn more, you can grow and improve faster.

This way of thinking can help you be more creative and innovative.

Less afraid of trying new things.

More likely to take risks and learn more.
