Escape from Greece to Germany:
Lack of social welfare in Greece leads refugees to Germany.
Report on the arrival of refugees from Greece to Germany to seek asylum again.

“Many refugees who have already received protection in Greece go to Germany. The reason is the best government welfare in Germany. The German government is upset that deportation to Greece is almost impossible. The reason is the numerous decisions of German courts,” Welt said in a report on her website.

As he notes, "According to the reports of aid organizations, asylum seekers, who have been recognized as refugees in Greece, have no better luck than those who live on the islands (...) As a result, many recognized refugees are moving to Germany and in fact in increasing numbers. ".

According to Welt, “the increasing number of secondary asylum applications is infuriating the German government. This is because German law does not provide for a second asylum application.

The German Interior Ministry said, according to the law, that the asylum application is "inadmissible if another EU member state has already granted international protection to an alien".

Elsewhere, the report notes: “In Germany and other countries, the dilemma is: unlike migrants, who are still in the process of seeking asylum, officially recognized refugees enjoy many freedoms (...) the Greek government could not prevent their departure.” Once Arriving in Germany, their deportation proved difficult due to the disastrous conditions in Greece."

This came, as the report states, from a series of German court decisions, while he later indicated that "pressure on this issue in the German parliament is increasing."

The 42-year-old Syrian refugee - holding a residence permit from Germany - drove his car at great speed on an agricultural dirt road, after being stopped by a police patrol.

Ms. Francesca Jaffee, SPD in Berlin, calls for the deportation of Syrian refugees who commit crimes.

It is important to help those in need but not at any cost and perhaps at the expense of the local population, says Franziska Jaffe, Berlin's top SPD candidate and former federal family minister.

When people are fleeing war and destruction, we have to help them. But anyone who commits serious crimes, r**es or kills people, loses his right to asylum.

🇦🇹 Arrest of a Syrian refugee accused of ra**ng his minor daughter and threatening his wife with r**e

Austrian media reported that the police arrested a 49-year-old Syrian refugee in the city of Wels for allegedly ra**ng his daughter when she was a minor.

Kronen reported that on the 27th of last month, a 22-year-old girl filed a complaint with the police, saying that her father r***d her several times when she was between 14 and 16 years old.

The girl, who lives in Germany, added that she decided to break her silence after her father threatened her mother with a knife.

The site indicated that it was stated in the victim's complaint that her father began sexually harassing her since 2008, when they were living in the city of Aleppo, and then continued to do so after they moved to northern Iraq.

The website confirmed that the father refused to acknowledge what was stated in his daughter's complaint, pointing out that the police had placed him in the reserve prison, pending a date for his trial.

According to psychiatrists, moral crimes are considered the most dangerous types of domestic violence and the most heinous crimes against morals, and crimes that are committed against the family by its members are more serious than those committed by outside members.

🇦🇹 Interior Minister Karl Nehmer We will continue to deport to Afghanistan and Syria

Karl Nehamer, Minister of the Interior, stressed that the Geneva Convention for the Protection of Refugees will not last long, pointing out that the asylum system has major loopholes and mistakes.

In his statements on Sunday, Nehmer said that Austria will continue to implement the deportation decisions very firmly, especially to Afghanistan and Syria.

The minister added that the current status of asylum in the European Union does not comply with the objectives of the Geneva Refugee Convention and contradicts its original idea, which is to provide protection to those who really need it.

Lithuania and EU have a bizarre definition of defending borders.

Illegals from Iraq in Lithuania love the policy though. 😬

If Lithuania borders guards do not start “pushing back” and denying entry, this will get ugly. They need to get Frontex out of way so they can do what is necessary to pushback and defend border.

- Border guards detain 150 illegals in 24 hours

The migrants detained included citizens of Cameroon, Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan.

The majority of the 150 illegal migrants have already asked for asylum in Lithuania.

That’s it? The illegals get to stay and Lithuania wonders why they have a problem.

They are in the EU…mission accomplished.

** It’s hard to comprehend the extra manpower when the illegals get to stay. Something is wrong with this in today’s age.

This is not defending the border in any way.

-A total of 822 illegal migrants have been detained so far this year in Lithuania, but only 46 were from Belarus.

481 illegals were Iraqis (or claimed to be Iraqis 👌); the rest from Iran (57), Syria (51), Russia (28), Guinea (13), Turkey (12), Sri Lanka (10).

** One wonders how many were deported? 😂

An update to the previous news of the crimes of migratory reptiles that live on the pockets of others
Austrian society was rocked by two Afghan refugees who drugged, r***d and then murdered a 13-year-old girl. Police information indicated that the main witness in the case, who led to the arrest of the accused, was a Syrian youth.

In Vienna, two Afghan refugees, aged 18 and 16, lured a 13-year-old girl into the first apartment. They administered drugs to her, then r***d her, and eventually strangled her and threw the body away. After the girl's body was found, the police began searching for suspects.

A young Syrian man went to a police station and testified that an 18-year-old Afghan friend told him details of the incident that he could only know if he was present at the time. After the arrest of the Afghani, it was revealed that he and another partner had killed the girl. Police are still investigating the possibility that others may have participated in the crime.

The main defendant in the case is an 18-year-old whose residency has been canceled in advance for having committed 11 misdemeanours. The other accused, a minor, arrived in Austria a few weeks ago, and his application has not yet been decided.

🇬🇷 The arrest of three people (two Greeks and a foreigner) on charges of smuggling migrants from Greece to 🇮🇹 and during their arrest at the same time there was another boat not far from them carrying 17 migrants

The Corfu Port Authority has arrested three people (two Greeks and one foreigner) on charges of illegal transfer of migrants from Greece to Italy under the instructions of the Directorate of Maritime Border Protection and Security (DAPTHAS) of the Coast Guard Headquarters.

Specifically during the morning hours yesterday, two Greeks, aged 69 and 35, and a 37-year-old foreigner with privileged missions, were arrested.

The foreigner undertook to take the migrants from Athens to the boarding point, and then the 69-year-old Greek would take them in a boat he was handling with the help of a 35-year-old Greek man to take them to Italy for the purpose of making a profit.

The speedboat that the 69-year-old had chartered was located to carry seventeen migrants to a sea area of 5.8 nanometers. Southwest of Mithraki Island, stopped by Corfu Port Authority patrol boats

The 35-year-old was in another sailing boat in Gouvia port, Corfu, which had been chartered by a 69-year-old man in the previous days, as it emerged from the investigation of the case, that the migrants initially boarded a boat. Meanwhile, the 37-year-old boarded with another sailing boat where they were located and the 37-year-old was arrested in Corfu port.

A search of the seventeen immigrants' luggage resulted in forged travel documents.

It is reported that the Greeks involved have a criminal record for similar acts and there is a ban on their leaving the country, while the 37-year-old foreigner does not have documents for his residence in the country.

The Central Corfu Port Authority, which is conducting the initial investigation, confiscated the dhows and the speedboat to be delivered to their owners, five mobile phones, as well as the forged documents.

28-6-2021 Britain
Urgent: Secret leaks to the press about ongoing discussions in the British government led by the British Home Secretary responsible for the immigration file in Britain to transfer refugees who apply for asylum in Britain to the country of Rwanda on the African continent, Gibraltar, or British islands isolated in the oceans such as the Isle of Man or the British Isles Others until the processing of their asylum application there.

Priti Patel is expected to enact new laws allowing asylum seekers to be sent abroad for treatment next week - with news of the study of remote Rwanda as a possible location.

Britain has never had an overseas immigration processing center before, and it remains unclear where any are located, although plans were first revealed in March.

But the Times reported that the UK could share an "African hub" with Denmark, following previous suggestions that Gibraltar, the Isle of Man or other British islands could be used.

The Home Office denied that it had any plans to work in partnership with Denmark on the maritime hub on Monday, after the proposed report talks were held between the two countries on a 'common African hub'.

Denmark passed a similar law allowing it to process asylum seekers outside Europe earlier this month - most likely in Rwanda, which is thousands of miles from the UK and more than 10 hours by plane.

The UK Citizenship and Borders Bill comes on the heels of thousands of people making perilous journeys across the Channel in small boats this year.

But activists and human rights groups have criticized the idea of establishing a treatment center abroad.

Enver Solomon, chief executive of Refugee Council’s refugee rights group, said on Monday: “For generations we have had people who have given hearing on UK soil… Processing abroad is an act of brutal hostility towards vulnerable people who have done nothing wrong on their part. I had to flee from war, oppression and terror.

Activist Femi O'Lawley added on Twitter: "Priti Patel says we will start sending frightened and desperate refugees to overseas camps where they will be outside the protection of human rights in the UK.

'No. just no. This does not happen.

The Home Office claims the UK's asylum system is "broken" - 11 years after the Conservatives first came to power.

Now the ministry is said to be looking into immigration policies in Denmark and Australia, with the latter banning asylum seekers traveling by sea and instead initially sending them to neighboring countries such as Papua New Guinea.

The Interior Ministry wants the bill to stop dangerous crossings and deport illegal immigrants to the European countries they have traveled through - but talks with other European countries are not believed to be going well.

It will also ask questions about where any asylum-seeker will be held, and that country's human rights record.

Alan Travis, the Guardian's former home affairs editor, wrote on Twitter: ``Priti Patel hopes to capitalize on Danish plans to send asylum seekers to an overseas application processing camp in Rwanda, The Times reports.

"Rwanda's recent history of genocide and civil war must be deeply disturbing to anyone at risk of fleeing persecution."

The idea of an outpost on remote Ascension Island was dismissed as a "blue sky thinking" by the government less than a year ago.

But Patel and Prime Minister Boris Johnson are said to have become more open to the idea of setting up an offshore hub after more than 5,300 migrants arrived in the UK via the Channel this year alone - more than double the total this time around in 2020.
The Times reported that the Prime Minister had recently criticized the administration over the problem, privately asking a minister: "What is the Home Office doing? When will (Ms. Patel) work to resolve this?"

The Ministry of Interior insists that any plan will protect people from harm and fulfill international responsibilities.

A Metro.co.uk spokesperson said: ``Our asylum system is broken and we cannot sit idly by while people are dying trying to cross the canal. Our new immigration plan will welcome people through safe and legal routes, while preventing abuse of the system and associated crimes.

People should seek asylum in the first safe country they reach and we must ensure that dangerous journeys are not spurred on.

We have been looking at what other countries are doing to deter illegal immigration and this work continues. We will not rule out any option that could help reduce illegal immigration and relieve pressure on the crippled asylum system.

The European Union agreed to grant Turkey an amount of 3.5 billion euros (4.17 billion dollars) to restore the Turkish-European agreement. But the Turkish government is not satisfied with the decisions of the meeting and was hoping to achieve more political gains in addition to earning money. She says that this money will not go to the pockets of the Turks, but is intended for Syrian refugees in Turkey, and therefore it is a sum for the Syrians, and is not considered a gain for the Turks, as the money will be spent on the Syrians in Turkey. The Turkish government says that the Europeans' thinking has become as follows: Paying money to Turkey in exchange for its cooperation in curbing the migration of refugees to Europe. This is not a gain, but there are also other agreements and interests between Turkey and the European Union that were supposed to be approved at this European summit. By this, Turkey refers to a number of outstanding issues, such as the Cyprus issue, the customs union, and accession to the European Union.

The Home Office 🇬🇧 intends to evacuate rejected asylum seekers from their places of residence

At the request of the Ministry of the Interior, the Supreme Court overturned a decision that had allowed rejected asylum seekers to remain in their state-provided accommodation in light of the Corona pandemic. Thus, the Ministry of Interior succeeded in its first step to allow it to vacate the places of residence of rejected asylum seekers, but there is still more judicial process before the government can actually implement the decision and expel about a thousand asylum seekers who are subject to the decision.

On Tuesday, a UK Supreme Court judge decided to overturn a decision that had allowed rejected asylum seekers to obtain housing during the Corona period, pending a decision on their files or they were deported outside the country.

22-6-2021 Lithuanian-Belarusian border
The arrival of 58 refugees, mostly Iraqis, was stopped by the Lithuanian guards at the Lithuanian border with Belarus in the form of groups in separate areas of the Lithuanian border with Belarus, specifically in the Lithuanian Vosiūnai region, which is located directly on the border with Belarus, in the Švenčionys region, five kilometers from the Belarus border, and in the village of Strilungiai on the border . The refugees were transferred to a camp in the city of Babrady, where the official refugee camp is located
. The Iraqis applied for asylum to the Lithuanian guards, who transferred them to quarantine camps designated for refugees flocking to the border. See details and photos in the link below

In the Ignalina district, two more groups of illegal immigrants were detained by border guards, and in the Švenčionys district
- one. A total of 58 foreigners were arrested, among whom, according to preliminary data, 54 may be Iraqi citizens and 4 Sri Lankans. All of them applied for asylum in Lithuania.

On Monday afternoon, Tverečius border guard officers of the SBGS Vilnius border team arrested 12 illegal immigrants who had just violated the Belarusian border in the village of Vosiūnai in the Ignalina region. Almost all foreigners had documents confirming Iraqi citizenship and had applied for asylum in Lithuania.

On Tuesday, just after midnight, officers of the same team, the Boskos border guard, arrested 42 illegal immigrants who had violated the border with Belarus at the entrances to the village of Strelungyai in the Ignalina region. They did not have any documents, they presented themselves as Iraqi citizens and also applied for asylum.

Another group of foreigners from Belarus was arrested on Tuesday morning by Švenčionys border guards from the Vilnius Border Guard. Undocumented people who presented themselves as Sri Lankans were stuck crossing the border in the village of Naujoji Janavas in the Švenčionys district. They also applied for asylum.

All 58 refugees will be tested for COVID-19 and isolated in SBGS quarantine units pending results. The circumstances of the events are being clarified and investigations are underway.

Recently, the Ignalina region has become a place where migrants who cross the border illegally from Belarus try to travel. In the past two weeks, SBGS officers have detained up to 14 groups of foreigners, a total of 192 people, at the border within the region.

498 illegal immigrants from Belarus have tried to enter Lithuania this year. This number is six times higher than it has been for the whole of 2020. Last year, 81 of these foreigners were arrested. 2019 Border guards arrested 46 illegal immigrants in 2018; - 104.

Among the people detained at the border with Belarus this year the largest number of Iraqi citizens or foreigners who have presented themselves - 323. Also detained are 46 Iran, 42 Syria, 39 Belarus, 13 Russia, 11 Turkey, 10 Sri Lanka, 6 Tajikistan. , 3 Afghanistan, 2 Yemen and Egypt, and one Somali or self-proclaimed person.

With the recent sharp increase in the number of such cases, SBGS has strengthened border security with Belarus. In addition to the various organizational procedures, border guards from other units were seconded to this department and additional technical resources were allocated. In addition, forces from the Public Security Service, the Shooters Union and other institutions came to the aid of the border guards.
