In the event of a pandemic UBI will be increased to $2.5K a month, Universal Healthcare remains the same, mortgages and rents will be frozen, and all essential employees will receive an additional $18 per hour as hazard pay directly from the **pResolution (for a total of $36/hr) in addition to hourly wage paid by one's respective employer.

By the Future President of the United States of America:
A Proclamation.
Whereas, 12 minutes past noon of January 20th, in the year twenty-thousand and twenty-one (C.E.), a proclamation will be issued by the President of the United States, containing, among other things, the following, to wit:
That on the twenty-first day of January, in the year twenty-thousand and twenty-one, all persons naturally born or naturalized (on or after April 4th, 1868 and residing within America for at least 7 consecutive years), as citizens within any State or designated part of a State or military instillation, shall receive a Universal Basic Income (UBI) as part of the great easement. The United States, shall be then, thenceforward, and forever in service to the greater good and NOT the greater greed; and under this proclamation, the pieces of legislations known as:
A. “Citizen’s United” will be immediately repealed
B. Glass Stiegall updated and reinstituded
Thereafter, OUR government, including any and all officials, collaborators, etc., at the highest levels will be audited to ensure the future freedom of our union from current unethical practices, conflicts of interest, and inoculated forms of corruption, which will include but will not be limited to the Judicial, Legislative, and Executive Government of our United States. As of this moment the full might of our brave military authority thereof, will recognize and maintain these freedoms, and will do no act or acts to repress this proclamation, or any freedoms aimed at ensuring the provisions afforded to ourselves and our posterity, in any efforts we may make for the preservation of this planet and the freedom of its people.
That the Executive will, on the twenty-first day of January aforesaid, by proclamation, will leverage the accumulative stolen labor of countless generations past and present to form, for ourselves and our posterity respectively, a fund from whence to balance the cost of preserving the earth. It will be named henceforth the H**p Resolution. We have calculated the amount owed to compensate for the intergenerational oppression of the people of earth by our government from before its inception until present, through a process called Meta Quantitative Easing (MQE), a sum calculated in the amount of 777.77 Quinquagintacentillion U.S. Dollars in today’s money.

A new decretal currency will be created in the form of a $33 dollar fiat note depicting Harriet Tubman on its face and the Statue of Liberty on its back. A new treasury will be formed which will print these new notes before they are introduced into the current economy in the form of dividends to be paid directly to individuals for one’s labor and for supplements thereto, free of taxation through a process aptly named “The Easement.”

$18 per hour stipend paid directly to anyone for every hour worked at any job for wages reported in addition to the new Federal minimum wage of $12 an hour (with certain exceptions to employers in states already required to pay a higher wage) which will be provided to employees by their respective employers.
8-weeks paid vacation
5-months paid maternity leave
17 paid US Holidays ($33 an hour for 8 hours paid directly by the H**p Resolution)
Presidential General Election will be considered a National holiday
$45K in the form of small business grants in conjunction with the production of American H**p or a verified affiliation thereto.
Subsidy to be determined by congress to Authenticated USA H**p growers
$18 per hour stipend paid to all third party employees DIRECTLY for 3-years to those who work in factories overseas (exploited workers). At which time employers will be audited and adjustments will be made in order to uplift exploited communities in other parts of the world.
$18 per hour paid to inmates working in the U.S. pe**le system, which will be redistributed in 3 ways:

● Allocate funds (81 Trillion over 4 years) to balance the costs of rebuilding our energy infrastructure and transforming the culture in order to reach 150% renewable energy production within 7 years, replacing most plastics with h**p plastic at little to no cost to manufacturers, and replace 86% of fossil fuels with H**p fuel.
● Recycle abandoned industrial zones for raw materials to form sea walls.
● Lease high rise space to build vertical hydroponic h**p farms in skyscrapers on an unimaginable scale.
● Wage Peace (6.8 Trillion)
Declare an end to the concept of War as a means of resolution. Specifically the “War on Terror,” thusly plot a course toward exceeding disengagement until we reach a sum of zero for interventions around the globe.

Now, therefore I, Thomas E. Moran, 46th President of the United States, by virtue of the power in me vested as Commander-in-Chief, of the Armed forces of OUR United States in time of actual armed rebellion against the authority and government of the United States, and as a fit and necessary peace measure for extinguishing exploitation, do, on this twenty-first day of January, in the year twenty-thousand and twenty-one, and in accordance with my purpose so to do publicly proclaimed for the full period of four years, from the day first above mentioned, order and designate as the States and parts of States wherein the people thereof respectively, are this day liberated to ensure domestic tranquility and in provision to promote the general welfare. And by virtue of the power, and for the purpose aforesaid, I do order and declare that all persons residing within ALL FIFTY States, and commonwealths, are, and henceforward shall be free of labor exploitation; and that the Executive government of the United States, including the military authorities thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of said persons.
And I hereby enjoin upon the people so declared to be free to abstain from all violence, unless in necessary self-defense; and I recommend to them that, in all cases when allowed, they labor faithfully for these wages now made reasonable.
And I further declare and make known, that such persons of suitable condition, will be received into a NEW branch of the armed services aptly named the FORESTRY RESERVE of the United States to garrison forts, positions, stations, and other places, and to operate vessels of all sorts in service to the preservation of our one and only planet.
And upon this act, sincerely believed to be an act of justice, warranted by the Constitution, upon military necessity, I invoke the considerate judgment of humankind, and the gracious favor of our combined intuition.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the United States to be affixed.
