This goes beyond just genotypes and rhesus factor. Use link in bio to listen and find out what else you might be missing. Do these tests before emotionally investing in that relationship. While the outcome of some tests might be deal breakers, the good-news is that NOT ALL of them are.

When you meet a potential partner, conversations become the primary method to knowing and understanding each other. If you do not hold your end of the convo, your potential partner may eventually lose interest and take a walk. Good conversations take two people. How do you contribute to making a conversation ‘good’ and ‘interesting’?
On the next episode in the series, I will be discussing ways to hold the interest and attention of your potential lover during conversations as well as what it means to keep in touch, the objective of staying in touch and why you should not allow anyone keep you in the indefinitely. Link in bio.

You want a slim thick woman when you have a sugar daddy bod? Do you have the money to match? You want a man living in his OWN home and driving his own car. Did your daddy have a house when he married your mother? Do you have your own home? Or are your standards applicable only when it is on another person's pocket?

This episode drives home the importance of working towards being the kind of person that you desire your partner to be- rich, educated, athletic, compassionate, prayerful and so on. ‘Becoming who you want to be with’ is the third and important step in finding love.

That’s why you’re having troubles in your relationship, at work and in your personal life. That’s why you’re fatigued and exhausted. It’s why you find it hard to focus on any one thing for long, this potentially includes your partner. Your overstimulation and sensory overload makes you think that your life or relationship is somewhat boring.
You will end up one of two ways- eventually taking the hard decision to shut down or limit your exposure to stimulants such as screen time & social media OR starting to seek an exaggerated reality based on the stimulants you are constantly exposed to (eg. Social media) which are sometimes not real..
That exaggerated reality can present as an increased sexual appetite, wanting your partner to look like an instagram model 24/7, etc. When your overstimulated self fails to get these things, you experience a rock-bottom low and disappointment. But it’s not really your partner. It’s you!
What are your stimulants? Are they leading you to seek an exaggerated reality with friends, a lover and family? What are the ways in which you can limit your exposure to overstimulation? Sometimes, I temporarily deactivate my socials, especially Facebook. Where I have the option, I choose hardcopies of books instead of reading on screen just to limit my screen time. What are you doing in your own case? And why is this important?
