Stoicism ဆိုတာ ကိုယ်မထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်တဲ့အရာအားလုံးကို အရှိအတိုင်းလက်ခံနိုင်တဲ့ အတွေးအခေါ်အယူအဆတစ်ခုဖြစ်တယ်။

အတိတ်၊ ‌အနာဂတ်၊ တခြားသူတစ်ဦးရဲ့စိတ်ခံစားမှုလိုမျိုး ကိုယ်ထိန်းချုပ်လို့မရတဲ့အရာအားလုံးကို ဖြစ်ပျက်သမျှလက်ခံတယ်၊ ကိုယ်ထိန်းချုပ်လို့ရတဲ့ ကိုယ့်စိတ်ခံစားမှုကိုသာထိန်းချုပ်တယ်... ‌စတာတွေဟာ Stoicism အတွေးအခေါ်ကိုလက်ခံထားသူတိုင်း ကျင့်သုံးလေ့ရှိကြတဲ့အချက်တွေဖြစ်တယ်။

အကောင်းဆုံး၊ အဆိုးဆုံးဆိုတာမရှိဘူး။

ဘာလို့ငါ့ကျမှဖြစ်တာလဲဆိုတာမျိုးမရှိတော့ပဲ

"ဒီအကြောင်းအရင်းကြောင့် ဒါဖြစ်သွားတယ်" ‌
"ဒီရလဒ်ကိုမကြိုက်ရင် ဒီအချက်ပြင်လိုက်မယ်"

ဒီလို အတွေးအခေါ်က ကျွန်တော် Stoicism ကနေ ရလာတဲ့အကျိုးအမြတ်တွေဖြစ်တယ်။

I can assure.. That is a 2000 years old philosophy to survive (Especially in this era).
