Tie-in Tuesday "The Eternal Student"
Many times individuals fall into the idea that once they belt up, or once they graduate from the Academy, that they can be done learning. This is far from the truth, because the constant development of oneself is what leads to increasingly better leadership. The Marine Corps preaches the idea of the "Eternal Student". This "Eternal Student" can be defined as an individual who is constantly striving to learn through education, training, experience, and professional self-development. Strive to better yourself everyday by learning new and perfecting old skills, educating yourself further in topics, and reflecting on ways you can improve your leadership. By being an "Eternal Student" you can constantly raise the bar on your abilities and will always be the best you can be.
