Hey friends- Some of you may have listened to my podcast-One More Dig: Metal Detecting Stories. I will share some amazing statistics. There are even some of you with a One More Dig sticker on your vehicle.This is amazing. My daughter is in Melbourne studying on her semester abroad. Tomorrow we are on the way to visit her for a week and a half. We are then headed to New Zealand for a few days. I'm so excited to see your beautiful country. It will be the trip of a lifetime. Hi All-I've recovered from Iceland (and Covid) and I will be recording a new podcast tomorrow. I'm looking for personal stories about encounters with wildlife when detecting-GOOD and BAD (and REALLY BAD). I have room for a couple of more stories to share on the podcast. Please respond to this post with your entries. Maybe I'll pick a favorite and mail out a shirt. I'm trying to reach all corners of the US and beyond, since wildlife varies geographically.

My childhood was pretty great. When I was 9 my father took me to the USA v Russia hockey game in Lake Placid. At the time I had no idea that I was witnessing a Miracle. Here are the actual ticket stubs signed by Mike Eruzione.

Then he gave me a detector at 12.
