And now we have it. JessFoxDigital is finally mobile again. I signed the paperwork for this baby before lockdown. It took more than three months to come into my possession but Casper is now mine and I will be track side again very soon.

It is a little bit late so I am hoping that the little lady is in bed but we here at JFD would love to wish Peyton Richards #18 a very happy 8th birthday. I have known Peyton for half a year now and she is just a little rockstar. I hope we have many more track days together and I can't wait to see you on the BSB tracks very soon.

So, lockdown has been hard for a lot of us. I am hoping you are all coping and are all well. A lot of people have taken up new hobbies or had another stab at old ones.

I have decided to try and relaunch my Etsy store. I am aiming to get it all finished for Friday. I’m loving having a creative outlet again. Somthing to focus on while I can’t go out and film anything. So here is what I have got together over the last few weeks. This isn’t a finished list of what is going to be online but it’s most of what is going up now. If you like the look of anything then make sure you grab it before it’s gone. I won’t be selling through DMs or any other methods. There is a lot more protection for both buyer and seller on Etsy.

So I need to put a quick message out there guys. We have had a man featured on our page on both Facebook and Instagram who has today been publicly accused of stealing two motorcycles and lying about his qualifications. When this organisation was working with this man we did not know any of this information. We had no reason to doubt his authenticity but it seams that we should have done. I have gone through and removed him from all of the social media and we will be moving forward with our work. I have personally voulenteered to help the gentleman accusing with any information that I may have. No one should be able to do things as horrid as he has done and get away with it. We are very sorry that we gave this man and his team publicity. And this is all we will be saying on the issue. Thank you very much for your understanding at this time.

Decided to have a wander around with my camera for the first time in a while tonight, I need to get some practice in before I have to start working again. I also wanted to test out this little attachment that I saw on tiktok of all places. It’s supposed to help with manual focusing. We will see after a few more days using it just how much I think it helps.

I have just found my track shoes. These lived in my car and every weekend when I was at the track with Peyton Richards #18 I would wear them. Something tells me I should probably clean them now. After all it has been almost 2 months since I've been to the track with her.

So we have the penultimate pre recorded video for Peyton Richards #18 just gone live. This is the afternoon session from when we went to traq in Croydon. This day will always stick in my memory as one of my favorite days. Peyton made so much progress. And this was such a nice track to film at. I may have been cold and miserable and tired on the day but looking back, this will be one of my favorite days handing out with Peyton and her team. Please go and check out the video and then as soon as lock down is over we will be going to do a lot more practice. Can’t wait to get back out there again.

Well that has been one week of stress but I have finally managed to get my iMac started again. It decided to p**p it’s pants while I wasn’t around last weekend and I haven’t been able to get it to work. I had to wipe my hard drive so I’ve had to start my computer all over again. Time to try and get it back to where it was. On the plus side, it should run a lot quicker now 😂

How is everyone doing this lockdown?? I got so bored today that I ended up starting up my old pc and managed to find a couple of videos I edited for a client and completely forgot about. They have now been put onto my hard drive so I can use them for credits again now. I don’t miss having to use Windows. For what I do Apple is just so much better and easier.

Hope you are all well and staying at home during this isolation. How are you all coping? I’ve been keeping myself very busy going through footage of the last few months to try and get some highlights done incase we end up in lockdown for more than a couple of months. Make sure you don’t completely socially isolate yourself. Phone a family member. Have a face time date. Learn something new. We’re all in this together. And if anyone wants to give me any more work I would be more than grateful. Any project need an editor? Just hit me up and we will see what we can do. DMs always open 😊

Well it is official I have run out of editing to do. If you have a project that you need help editing while we are all trapped at home them please let me know. I am incredibly bored, I am fluent Final Cut Pro and can do a lot of different styles. So many people are bored at home this is a great time to get content out into the world!

This has been one of my most productive weeks in a long time. I have made 6 videos, from filming to being uploaded. I have one more to make next week and then I have an all caught up with Peyton content and now I’m on to the next adventure.

Today’s behind the scenes post, how do you attach a camera to a motorbike and make sure it isn’t going to fall off? Well first, there is no guarantee that it isn’t going to fall off.

I use sticky mounts and make sure that they are very secure. And that’s the best you can do. Just never get too attached to action cameras, they could end up under wheels and you will have to get a new one.

Back at the track. Here all weekend. This kid has just pulled in a 49 second lap. When I started working with her she was doing 1:13. Impressed in an understatement. She’s awsome and making all of us proud.

Back at the track today with Peyton so expect some videos to come out soon! Here is how I film some of the steady shots. The gorilla pod (the weird little tripod I have on the camera) is such a good investment and I truly don’t know how I would get on without it. I use it as a handle, a grip and tripod all the time.

Spent the day out with Peyton Richards #18 we tackled 2 tracks and she did absolutely amazingly. This little lady is an absolute joy to work with and I’m so glad that they chose me to help work their media. I can’t wait to see her progress through this season and beyond.
