Theres is big changes coming the the podcast Jebb and Green Cast that is why there has been no uploads in the coming days, jebb and green cast will merge with Unlikely Places Pop Rock Radio to form the Unlikely Places Podcast and start doing interviews there! All previous episode will be left on Jebb and Green pages... this is a step forward to make it all less confusing!

Thank you to Edward Rogers and Melanie Rogers for inviting my father and I to see the record release party for Edward Rogers’ album Catch A Cloud, alongside Smash Palace’s new album, 21, and John Ford’s (Strawbs) new album, Life In A Foriegn Town. I also want to thank May Pang for letting us take photos with you!

I was in a trance as soon as I walked into the Cutting Room—my first ever club in NYC this last week. I love how vintage in style and rocking it is at the same time.

Once I found our seats and settled in, I was escorted down to the dressing room that Edward Rogers and his band were in—along with John Ford and his son, John Ford Jr. I’ve met fame before, but every experience is different, and this opportunity gave me a reminder that I'm on the right track! I let Sal Maida (of Sparks) know I was a fan of his work, inside and outside of Sparks.

John Ford Sr, his son and I had a discussion about guitars, which was a great way to break the ice, and later tell John how big a fan I am of the Strawbs.

Stephen Butler and Cliff Hillis (Smash Palace) were there as well. They were very inspiring as they played their NYC debut. I bought all the CDs they had after hearing them live, and will be playing them on the radio show in the future. I also hope to interview both of them at some point’

Because of all the excitement, I wasn't able to get a pic of James Mastro (Ian Hunter Band). I did get his autograph, though, and got to tell him about my friendship with Guitar Hangar founder Rick Tedesco.

As for Konrad Meissner (Graham Parker), he had to have been one of the coolest drummers I’ve had a chance to meet! He worked with the legendary Graham Parker, which gave me a chance to tell him how big of a fan my friend—and Robojack team member Owen Radford is of Graham.

Local musician Don Piper and I talked about his Gretsch guitar, which I fell in love with! I told him about my own Gretsch as well. I also found out there were some known musicians in the audience besides me, which was just a huge plus.

Before I got into the Cutting Room I was waiting outside alongside a gentleman not realizing at first that it was art-pop singer-songwriter George Usher!

George is another kind soul whose music is amazing, and will start being played on the radio show. Before heading to my train back home, I made sure to say goodbye to him. Before I could walk away, he asked if I had any physical versions of his music—which I didn't. He was kind enough to head to his dressing room to hand me his new two disc collection of his work!

It’s no secret that the last few months have been extremely hard on my mental health. This week, I was reminded how far this lost soul has come.

We are back in full swing but looking to do two-three interviews per month due to my (Jebb) busy schedule! As of now this is mostly a one man show. (Tyler and i are still close and plan to have him return when he can and wants to, but our good friend Owen is still doing the thumbnails!) I do the editing, the gathering of folks and the recording!

I want to thank Ibanez LaRose Hernandez for setting ip our next interview for me with Jon Povey of The Pretty Things, Star Sponge Vision, and XPT!

I also want to thank Mad Wasp Radio for helping my radio show Unlikely Places Pop Rock Radio which is the show i do besides this weekly!

We plan to have many guests but taking ine month at a time!

I work a radio show, write music, work parking for one venue and guest services for another! I am so grateful to be able to do what i do!
