Death Bard Thanny is coming in hot with this collab he did with Kamiyada titled UP THE BODY COUNT. This track is everything you want from a Trap Metal / Scream Rap type cut. The beat is high energy and electrifying. Death Bard Thanny spits his bars with unapologetic ferocity. Kamiyada+ matches his passion and velocity taking this single to the next level. I love the way the song is mixed too, all the little bells and whistles in this track complement the raw distorted vocals. They go back and forth with their bars never slowing down or missing the beat. Had me hooked from start to finish. This track goes hard! I give it a perfect rating of 10/10. Out now on all streaming platforms!

and have recently released a crispy new collaborative single titled Saliva. This beat really grabbed me because its so clean and smoothly mixed but still has a raw loud tone to it, and even features some heavy hardcore guitar riffs. The vocals are not dry and sit very on the beat. Multiple layers of conveniently contrasting vocals at different velocities give Lil Tytan a demonic and otherworldly vibe that is all his own. This artist has a very distinctive style and tone. Calmly letting you know he ain’t one to f**k with, but in a chill composed manner. Its always a pleasure hearing his songs pop up in our Trap Metal Alliance playlist.I just can’t get over the mix on Saliva though. This track is VERY well mixed. Reminds me of the appeal behind ASMR videos. Great tones, perfect volume levels, and tastefully compressed energies and soundscapes. Top notch stuff. Between the mix and the vocal delivery this is all around a sick track. I give it a solid rating of 9/10 Saliva by Lil Tytan and Matty Beats. Out now on all platforms!

& just released a four song EP: GHOSTLY MASSACRE V2 and its a bop from start to finish! This four-song take away contains short, two-minute songs that are jam packed with intensity and emotion. INFRA-RED starts with a really cool intro that sets the tone for the whole release. GHOSTXLEE comes in hot with some hardcore screamo vocals that blew me away! And MASSXCCVR follows matching energies with impressive tone control and electricity. I am really liking the alternative goth vibes here. GRAVEYARD SHIFT has a slow build-up that drops heavy down tempo bass with the vocals having lost no ferocity, steadily layered on top. The distortion on the bass really stands out and give this track extra punch and grit! RIOT AT THE CAPITOL jumps right again in with its military-like beat. I really vibed with the vaporware soundscape in the background and the overall change of pace here compared to the rest of the songs. The release is dynamic to say the least. The concluding track was a smooth transition into the silence that leads to the fourth and final song by GHOSTXLEE and MASSXCCVR appropriately titled Final Breath. After getting your blood pumping, the boys give us an opportunity to catch our breath and reflect on what we just witnessed. This was a unique and cool EP that im giving a solid rating of 9/10! OUT NO ON ALL PLATFORMS.

LIL Goat (.goat_ ) is a budding artist that has recently released a new single: Bad Batch. This spooky track features a predominant horror synthesized melody that permeates the beat. This release has a really trippy sounding vibe to it as well, which reflects exactly what it is like when you take a “Bad Batch”. The bass has a bit of a dirty phonk bounce to it. And I really like how crispy clean every sample and sound is mixed. LiL Goat’s vocal delivery is solid, and full of enthusiasm. This artist is clearly on the rise and determined to refine his sound. Overall the beat was perfectly hard hitting and the vocals sat well. I would rate this song a 8/10. Definitely go check it out on spotify or your favorite streaming platform. And give Lil Goat a follow!

It’s hard not to point out one particular sub genre that is the most ground breaking wave in metal we have seen in a long time. That genre being Trap Metal with its edgy guteral tones and soundscaps. Bledning the rap + metal crossover genre so well that it makes attempts from the past seem mediocre.

But with this new Album titled Descend upon Infinity by HELLI$H, we explore the mix of genres even further. Taking us on a dark trip of black metal and Trap Music deconstructed it into a chopped up, mutated, abomination. HELLI$H wastes no time screaming over melodic hellscapes equipped with cypertrap processed 808 bass cannons on BOTH hands. Every track on this album is HARD. Every song fits the overall theme of the album. And all together from a label stand point, it just feels like a solid record.

Full of cinematic vibes and heavy bass lines, this is a groundbreaking album from HELLI$H and offers proof that he is leveling up quickly. The vocals are full of frustration and anger and the tracks switch tempo to showcase different styles and capabilities the artist has on his belt. I really enjoyed this release and I was able to listen to it all the way through from the intro to the outro. I give it a rating of 8 out of 10 only because I want to hear more diversity in the artist’s cadence and vocal flow. I want to help push him forward through constructive criticism but he clearly already knows exactly where he’s going and he has a very unique sound that makes him easy to identify when I hear his tracks pop up on our Trap Metal Alliance playlist.

It is safe to say that the latest single by indie pop artist Sorry X is a refreshing change of pace from what she usually releases. A collaboration with Trap Metal machine Sinizter titled “Tarot” establishes a duality of frequencies on one track.

There is a bold metal beat that permeates the song, which ironically complements Sorry X’s melodic emo pop punk vocal style. Laying her cards out on the table like a tarot reading. She demonstrates very passionate and distinctive vocals as she paints pictures with her lyrics and melodies. In comes Sinizter with his signature sound, also ripping his woes out of his throat with discriminating taste and style. Reminiscing on love lost while executing the most brutal vocals you have ever heard performed by a rapper.

This combination of styles really got me wanting more. I loved hearing clean vocals on a genuinely Trap Metal track. I think these 2 artists knew what they were doing when they made this concoction. A unique blend of styles put together in the most tasteful way. What seals the deal for me on this track being rated a full 10 of 10 is the cover art. The art for this single is out of this world. Reminds me of MySpace era grindcore band merch but with Classic Tarot Card elements. This doesn’t feel like another random track. It’s a whole art piece.

A review of 's new single Swipe First featuring

Review by:
out now on trapmetal.net

Usually these Trap Metal tracks cut right to the chase. But Manifest0 introduces his latest single titled Swipe First, featuring the big homie Mikey Rotten with new energy and dare I say it, transcendence. 13 seconds of some heavenly alien string instruments and no talking build up the pivotal moment Manifest0 bitch slaps you violently and with vengeance. Bringing you crashing back down to earth with a scream rap banger we can all relate and rage to. The artwork by legendary underground underdog Roma Jonson himself, shines bright and bold as a solid move, to make sure this song gets heard. And we have tour beast Mikey Rotten sealing the deal with some shadow rap vocals and a co sign by hoping on Manifesto’s track. Mikey Rotten, for those of you who don’t know, is another underground legend who tours and works with heavy hitters like Xavier Wulf, Eddy Baker, and Idontknowjeffery. And he is known for only hoping on tracks and collaborations he actually likes. So this single not only sounds great, (I give it a 10 out of 10 btw) it also has a lot of established creatives who helped create it and back it. Good job Manifest0! I added your new single Swipe First to the Trap Metal Alliance playlist AND the Trap Metal Archive playlist because this is something Im going to be listening to from now on.

Our new journalist set up an interview with Out now on www.trapmetal.net

"1. Thanks for taking the time to sit down with us here at Trap Metal Arsenal let’s start by introducing your self a who you are and what you are all about ?

its a pleasure man! my name is Harley, I'm 22, I'm from newcastle upon tyne and i make music under the name Amaymxn

2. What kick started your love for  music and what or who got you into making music yourself?

i got into music at a really young age. was quite a mish mash of different stuff growing up with what my family used to put on but i was particularly into metal and the kinda bands my big sister was into at the time, like slipknot, linkin park, etc... when i hit 12 - 13 i had gotten more into bands like asking alexandria, miss may i, whitechapel, etc... and i think thats what really got me into wanting to do metal vocals and over time i just got progressively heavier. i was in a few bands here and there throughout being a teenager but nothing that really went far or had any shows. i guess that kinda pushed me in the direction of wanting to be a solo artist so i started making my own one man metal/grindcore projects with equipment and instruments i got over time and i eventually got tired of doing that cause i was just making noise album after noise album and not really knowing how to mix or anything. i got more into rap and the kinda soundcloud underground scene artists like su***de boys, bones and ghostemane, so i naturally i gravitated into making stuff like that and started teaching myself how to produce and write lyrics. music is something I've always wanted to do since being a bairn."

MUSIC REVIEW www.trapmetal.net Recently released a new 4 track EP.

Muphvsv is back with a solid shadow rap / trap metal crossover release. 4 insanely dark and well put together tracks under the titled of Vein. From start to finish this release had me on the edge of my seat, and ended with me wanting more. Prognosis, coming in hot, Muphvsv wastes no time getting right into his woes, delivered with shadowy energy. Rapping over a beat with a snare hitting so filthy I want to hit up an old school slipknot concert. About two thirds of the way through, the songs implodes into a destructive metal cyber punk symphony. Muphvsv ain't playing games. Track 2, Things speed up. Roadkill, doesn't feature the same Doom Metal vibe as the 1st track, but it still has that shadow rap / cyberpunk energy. Muphvsv is letting us know he can diversify his bars and sound. Nobody is going to slow him down, no matter how badly they want to. Dying Slow is my favorite track off the release. Spooky horror tones, on a dark phonk type beat. But it's my favorite because towards the end of the track, the song erupts into a sinister metal track. My kinda energy, and another solid crossover track for the EP. Last but not least we have Visions. Muphvsv closes his EP strong. This song features aggressive textures and lyrical precision, progressively going heavier as the song continues. This mans screaming vocal tones are top notch. Vein is a great EP to check out and add to your collection. And I'll be keeping an eye on this creative artist on the rise.
