Hi Everyone! Welcome to my corner of Facebook✨
I realised I haven't actually introduced myself on my platforms yet...

I'm Kira, I'm 24, a sagittarius (if that means anything to anyone👀🤷‍♀️) and I am an experienced virtual assistant in social media.

I've been in the social media world since I was around 18/19. I was introduced to it by a company I worked for at the time, I was given the role of simply checking the Facebook comments, monitoring the posts that went out & replying to reviews. I found a love for it, did a few masterclasses in how I could help other businesses outside of work, then jumped into it full time in 2021. I spent the whole year helping small businesses all over the world elevate their social media platforms, and now after a short break I am back doing just that.

Since starting again in January I've successfully managed to help my clients get more business through social media. This consists of scheduling in content, giving content ideas, creating hashtag strategies that work, writing captions and engagement management so your posts don't go unseen.

I now have limited hours to help businesses, so if you're looking to book or just have any generic questions about how hiring me can help your business, I will be more than happy to talk things through!

Social Media can be time consuming for business owners, especially when you're unsure of how to juggle posting and engaging on your accounts alongside actually carrying out your services and/or running the business.

Contrary to popular belief running social media accounts aren't just posting the content and sitting back to let magic happen, there's a lot of work that goes into creating the right content, engaging captions and putting in the effort to find the right engagement strategies for your business online.

✨ Get the most out of your socials with these do's and don'ts of running a business social media page!✨

~ If you post less than 3 times a week your account won't be seen as active and will grow much much slower than if you were to post regularly. Try not to post more than 5 times a week, your account will most likely end up shadow banned and seen as spam!

~ DO NOT post and then come off of socials, once you've posted stay active, engage with your audience and try to find potential clients or buyers of your products.

~ Put time in to schedule posts a week in advance, that way you're staying active and posting regularly without the panic of posting content in your peak times when you might be busy with clients.

~ Please don't be putting links in your bios or instagram captions. Create a link tree and add that link in your bio. That way you can neatly link everything you need to in one place and your following can access them! (You can't click on links that are just pasted in captions or bios!)

~ Make your Facebook and Instagram pages your metaphorical shop windows, you want your potential clients or buyers to know exactly what you are offering them, whether that be a service or a product.
TIP: Try putting a face to the name/business. Customers will be more inclined to come to you as putting a 'meet the owner' post on your pages make your accounts seem more trustworthy.
