We still on the grind. 2 and half weeks and I'm back!!! Can't wait for the break and to see the pooches friends and family!! Get to celebrate my birthday and a late Christmas back at home 😍😍❤️❤️😜😜

Honestly though. What a year and what a change. I went from the heaviest I've been to nearly the lightest I've been in just over a year. I feel so much better for it. I was not happy a year ago and now with comparison I can see why!! I will carry on the grind though. The beard even shrank 👀🙈

The graft for the weight loss has been tough but we are nearly hitting my goal. 90kg was a huge ask a year ago. Over 20kg lost in the year. Feeling good!!

Not meaning to sound vein but I feel I look good too 😋 hard work has paid off!!

Will the goal be hit for when I come home in march 🤪🤪

This was needed. Its made me realise I want to start doing this more often. Ill be looking at re-evaluating my streaming and other things.

I need more positivity in my life and my priorities are changing. I need to decide he actually wants to be in my journey and who's taking me for a ride. Im done with people taking the p**s. I nearly left few months ago to go back to middle East for work. I decided to stay but its still potential that could happen.
