Exciting news!📚 The children’s book “Less Meat More Love!” is here! Inspired by Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche’s teachings and written and illustrated by Alicja Zmigrodzka, the book explores how the choice of reducing meat consumption benefits our health and the planet, helps create the causes and conditions to practice kindness, and is an alternative form of life release.

The e-book is available in both English and Chinese, and the paperback is available in English and in Vietnamese. All profits go to Khyentse Foundation.💕
