2 y/o Isla became part of the Moody family last month, but due to social distancing rules the family could not celebrate with the party that they had planned to have once she was officially adopted into the family. But Isla's community did not let that stop them from showing her their love. They all decorated their cars with signs and balloons and drove by her home to show how happy they are that her adoption was finialized and that she is now officially a Moody.
