The Outlawz, originally known as the Outlaw Immortalz, was founded by 2Pac in late 1995 after his release from prison and arrival at Death Row Records.🐐👑🖤
Initially comprised of 10 original members, the group featured 2Pac as "Makaveli", Hussein Fatal, and Yaki Kadafi known as Fatal-N-Felony, along with Thug Life representatives Big Syke and Mopreme Shakur, who used the aliases "Mussolini" and "Komani". Additionally, Dramacydal members Big Malc, K-Dog, and Lil Mu', known by the aliases E.D.I. Mean, Kastro, and Napoleon, were part of the collective. Storm, introduced by 2Pac in 1995 as the first and Only Female Member of the Outlaw Immortalz, joined the group and began working on her solo album under Tupac's management.
In February 1996, the Outlaw Immortalz debuted on the song "When We Ride" from Shakur's All Eyez on Me album. Subsequently, in June 1996, Hussein, Kadafi, and E.D.I. were featured on 2Pac's diss track "Hit 'Em Up", now known as "The Outlawz". Kastro and Napoleon, although not part of the song, appeared in the music video.
During the recording of All Eyez on Me and "Hit 'Em Up", Kadafi introduced Rufus Cooper III to 2Pac, who later joined the group under the name "Young Noble" as the final member on 2Pac's The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory.
Following Tupac's tragic death in September 1996, the Outlawz continued their music career. They released their debut album in 1999, titled "Still I Rise," which was created as a tribute to Tupac. The group continued to produce music, keeping Tupac's legacy alive and often incorporating his influence in their work.
This isn't their whole story but we always suggest anyone who's a fan of the culture go read more for themselves. Much respect to The Outlawz, we appreciate your contributions to Hip-Hop
