SYSTEM BAND – A RETURN THAT WAS A LONG TIME COMING

New York, New York — Thursday, April 10th, 2014 — Nova Image Media Group, Inc., cordially invites you to attend the return of the legendary band, System Band, press conference on Tuesday April 15th, 2014.

One of the most notable pioneers in the Haitian Music Industry, System Band, which was formed in 1980, has contributed enormously to the evolution of Compas. Up to date, the band has released more than twenty albums. Come meet and greet the original members Ernst “Tines” Vincent, Reginald Benjamin, Isnard Douby, Ronald Smith, Lucien Ceran, Martial Bigaud; as well as the recent additions James Douze, David Rizza, Wins Delmas, and Dabenz Chery. System Band’s former vocalist and percussionist player was the late Fritz Bernard Frederic, more popularly known as “Ti Mitou”, passed away on February 21st, 2007. He will always be remembered as a legend in the Haitian music culture, amongst his peers and band members.
