Zoodles with Stir-fry Tandoori Masala Veggies bowl 🥣😋 Our Original Recipe Below👇 This is a perfect Keto and Low carb diet!

Tandoori Marination:
Take a bowl and add
-4 spoons of 2% plain Yoghurt/ Dahi
-Half spoon of Garam Masala
-Half spoon of Chaat Masala
- 1 spoon of Tandoori Masala
-1 spoon Ghee/ Olive oil
No need for additional salt. Mix well and Tandoori masala marination is ready.

Zoodles:
Heat some oil in a pan and add a spoon of minced garlic. Once garlic turns light brown add Zuccini spirals (make sure to dry them with a paper towel before adding).
Stir and cook for about 4 minutes, once ready add salt and pepper on the top.

Stir-fry Veggies:
Spray some oil (we used avocado oil for enhanced flavours) in a pan and add:
-small pieces of Jalapeño
-choppen onions
-yellow and red bell peppers
-diced mushrooms
Stir them for about 5 minutes on medium flame. The add the Magical Tandoori Masala Marination and cook for another 5 to 8 minutes.
Ready to eat! Serve hot and enjoy 😉

Good quantity, apt spice level, nice flavours and fresh soy/soya piece with fire grilled onions and bell peppers.
Trying for the first time and woul definitely come again to try other flavours!
A healthy snack full of protein!

Veggie crêpe stuffed with plant-based breakfast sausage, sautéed vegetables and cheese curds. Full of flavors, served fresh with 3 fresh fruits. Cheese curds adds a lot to the flavors of this crêpe. Must try!
I asked them to replace the sausage with extra vegetables, deliciousness overloaded.

🥗Vegetarian and gluten free Black Bean Rice Bowl with fresh Mexican flavors 😋 🍲
Ingredients:
1 can of black beans
1 cup of cooked brown rice
2 cucumbers
1/2 onion chopped
1 yellow bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
1/2 spoon red chilli flakes
2 spoons Caloriewise Olive oil with Greek feta
1 spoon chopped garlic
1 2 spoons cooking olive oil
Salt to taste

Recipe: Serves 2
•Add 2 spoons of olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and chopped onion. Cook for about one minute then add yellow bell peppers. Add salt to taste and red chilli flakes and give the bell pepper and onion a toss for about a minute then place in the bowl.
•Microwave black beans for 2 minutes, add salt to taste then place in the bowl.
•Chop cucumbers and cherry tomatoes and place in the bowl.
•Add cooked brown rice in the bowl
•Add 2 spoons of Kraft olive oil with feta on cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
Ready to eat! 🥰
