Cheers friends. Proper blackstrap sour 2 oz proper twelve, 1/2 oz simple syrup, juice from 1 fresh lime and 4 drops blackstrap bitters. Shakes for 15 seconds and strained into a whiskey glasss over an ice cube. Enjoy the fights responsibly my friends. Made Flank steak with smothered collard greens and a chimichurri last night. Easily the most tender flank steak I’ve ever cooked, the collards were delightful and the chimichurri had a good bite to it from habanero being added to it. I love when I get to cook for friends and family.
