My coaching practice is centered around discovering the true you and how to live authentically everyday. Together we push past the social programming, trauma and conditioning that is holding you back so you can better understand who you are and how you relate to the world.

Key aspects of my coaching style are focused around:

🌸Finding Faith- whatever that means to each person as an awakened individual. I help you discover the spiritual practices and beliefs that will give you the foundation you need to move forward on your life path.

🌸Trauma Transitioning- Moving from tolerating and surviving to reprocessing and thriving. I help you find the best way to approach trauma recovery whether it’s with me through spiritual practices or by aiding you in finding the right kind of mental health specialist for your needs.

🌸Purposeful Pathfinding- Helping you discover your true calling in life based on your unique life experiences, talents and values. I also help heal the spiritual blocks that are keeping you from moving forward and give you a solid foundation for growth.

🌸Experiencing Expression- Finding your real voice, style and ideal environment so you can live your true authentic self each and everyday.
Consultations
All potential clients are required to join me for a 15 to 20 minute consultation. This consultation is meant to assess whether or not there is good compatibility between myself, the coach, and you. In this 20 minutes we will talk a bit about your life, core beliefs, spiritual practices and goals for coaching. The consultation is free and appointments are available on a first come basis.

Session Cost
🌸Single sessions are 2 hours long at $50 an hour or $100 per session.
There is limited availability Tuesday through Friday.
I prefer to do 2 hour sessions so we have adequate time to really talk and work on goals, behaviors and healing.

🌸8 hours a week, 2 hours per day, 4 days every week. This program is available for a minimum of 1 month. This program offers flexibility in appointment times instead of a fixed appointment schedule. Sessions include a deep healing once a week to help you maintain your spiritual balance.
This program is $400 a week.

🌸I also offer a wishlist option for individuals who are in financial hardship. These appointments are very limited and fill up quickly. Even if you are unable to commit to the financial commitment right now I encourage you to make an appointment for a consultation.

I will be offering healing services starting this week. Here is all the information about it. Please comment or message for more information.

Healing services

I am currently offering remote healing services. I use sound waves and energy manipulation to clear your energy of foreign or negative forces. I then realign your energy body and place a simple protection spell around you.

Aura clearing
In this brief healing I clear your aura and align your chakras. This basic healing is good for maintenance of your energy body or for removing simple negative energies you may have picked up.

Energy healing
In this healing I clear your aura and go into each of your chakras to remove any negative energy that has been caught inside. I then place a basic protection spell over you to help you maintain your positive energy.

Deep healing
In this healing I will clear your aura, heal your chakras and go deeper into your soul energy to heal deep curses, negative blocks and soul damage. This thorough healing is best for individuals that haven’t had a healing before, who are experiencing an increase in negative energy or have been experiencing blocks on their life path.
