I’m back baby! I accepted a new position as the staff trainer for an agency that supports adults with developmental disabilities.

Dear friends, I have been dealing with some mental health issues as of late and I couldn't bring myself to publish any more episodes due to anxiety. I see a therapist on a regular basis and have been putting in the work to better myself. I tell you this for two reasons.

1: I apologize for not uploading new episodes
2: Take care of your mental health. It is important to practice self-care and to take your mental health seriously.

I will be posting new episodes soon. Thank you to those who have reached out. We will get back on track and publish new episodes on a regular basis moving forward.

I think about this image often. We have so much training that teaches us how to be better as DSPs but if we don't know how to implement that training, it just isn't enough.
