FROM CONWAY COUNTY WATER:

ATTENTION:
CCRW tank levels are at critical levels at this time (6am 12-25-22). Please conserve water at this time. Turn off dripping faucets now that temps will be going up. Check for leaks as temps rise. If you own a business please go and check it. There have been and will continue to be many broken pipes which is putting a strain on water supply in our tanks. Please share this request.
Our Employees are working around the clock and will be working throughout the holidays until the water levels are stable.
Thank you for your cooperation during this time.

If you do not have water your line maybe frozen. If you are out and about in Plumerville and see a water leak please don’t hesitate to call in and report it! Thank you and have a merry Christmas! The City of Plumerville has been asked by the Health Department to identify the type of material used for water lines on the customer side and the utility side. A utility worker may be requesting your help to identify the type of piping you have going to your house. Please do not be alarmed if a worker comes to your door to request help. If you don’t know the type of pipe going to your house, they may need to hand dig a small hole by your meter. If you have any questions, please call the water department at 354-2015 Ext. 2. Thank you. Shiloh Palmer

The water is back on snd work finished. Shiloh suggests if your water has been off for a while, turn on your outside faucet first, just to release some air in the lines snd let it run for a minute. Then let your cold water run inside for a bit to get rid of any discoloration. No boil order is needed. Thank you.
