Coconut Ice Cream recipe:

Ingredients:

_Base:_

- 1 1/2 cups coconut cream
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

_Optional Mix-ins:_

- Chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds)
- Shredded coconut
- Candy pieces (M&M's, chocolate chips)
- Fresh fruit (mango, pineapple)

Instructions:

1. Combine coconut cream, coconut milk, sugar, unsweetened shredded coconut, vanilla, and salt in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Chill mixture in refrigerator for 2 hours.
4. Churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
5. Freeze for 2 hours before serving.

_No Ice Cream Maker?_

1. Pour mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. Freeze for 2 hours.
3. Blend mixture in a blender or food processor.
4. Freeze again until set.

Tips and Variations:

- Use full-fat coconut cream for creamiest texture.
- Add a pinch of lime zest or juice for brightness.
- Mix in cocoa powder for chocolate coconut ice cream.
- Use coconut sugar for a hint of caramel flavor.

- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced

- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the diced avocado, chicken breast, red onion, and chopped cilantro.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and ground cumin.
3. Pour the lime-cumin dressing over the avocado-chicken mixture and toss gently.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

*Cheese Ice Cream Base:*

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

*Assembly and Churning:*

1. Make mango puree: Blend mango, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
2. Make cheese ice cream base: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix until combined.
3. Combine mango puree and cheese ice cream base.
4. Chill mixture in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Ingredients:

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
2. Pour buttermilk into a separate bowl.
3. Dip chicken pieces into buttermilk, then coat in flour mixture.
4. Heat 1/2-inch vegetable oil in a large skillet to 350°F.
5. Fry chicken in batches until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
6. Drain on paper towels.

Ingredients:

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts or cashews
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Shaoxing wine (or dry sherry)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Sichuan peppercorns, toasted and ground
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. Add garlic, ginger, peanuts, and scallions. Cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add chicken back in. Stir in sesame oil, Sichuan peppercorns, and red pepper flakes (if using).

- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Scallions,chopped (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, soy sauce, and egg. Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add orange marmalade, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir until sauce thickens.
5. Return chicken to pan and toss with sauce.

ASMR Orange Chicken

*To marinate Chicken:
+1 pound chicken breast or chicken thigh
+ 1 tsp. of soy sauce
+ 1/4 tsp. of salt
+ 1/2 tsp. of ground black pepper

* Orange Chicken sauce:
+ 1 cup of orange juice
+1/2 cup of brown sugar
+2 tsp. of rice vinegar or white vinegar
+ 2 tsp of soy sauce
+2 tsp. of minced ginger
+2 tbsp. of cornstarch
+1/2 tsp. of chili flakes( optional)

* For breading:
+ 1 cup of flour
+ 1/4 cup of cornstarch
+ 3 eggs
