Traitors Week 4:
Their little personalities are developing more and more each day.
They begin eating gruel tomorrow. This is the most dirty and time consuming part of having puppies. It is a very important part of the process though. It gives mom a break and begins teaching them independence. I hope the "potty training" part of this process goes well!

I'll post a video when it warms up a little outside. Our last videos had to be recorded quickly because if was a little chilly outside.

If you notice, Angelica is not pictured.....she has found her "fur"ever home!

Hey, all! Miranda here! I wanted to explain our LONG absence. We ARE still recording but it may be a little while longer before we can again. I have mentioned on the podcast in as little detail as possible about my health conditions. But I have an erosive throat disease that developed secondary to my GI autoimmune disorder. Sometimes this leaves me without a voice. Whereas in the first few years, voice changes and issues were minimal to none, now it is almost my only symptom. While I am so grateful to not be in pain anymore and vomiting daily, this new issue is definitely hard on having a podcast 🤣. It’s also why you won’t see lives recorded on any of our “Flourish” business social media pages during this time. I’d hate to say a time frame that this will be improved but my goal would be to record enough to carry us through the holidays soon and then in the new year, record on schedule weekly 🙂. Thank you all for bearing with us during this.

It’s more of a personal episode but we do cover a little bit of thyroid and how/why Miranda reviews labs the way she does, as well as a friend of Cyndi’s perspective on Flourish Hormone Replacement & Wellness Centers- Denham Springs, Louisiana. On the next episode, we will cover lifestyle changes that will help improve thyroid function and could help relieve symptoms in other body systems as well.

Good morning, Positive People! The episode that launches this week is about how we interpret the first part of the lab panel we order for you at Flourish. I say “we” since I am not the only provider. This includes the most common CBC and CMP that you get at every annual visit with your P*P. The next episode, which we haven’t recorded yet, will cover the most sought after- the functional medicine interpretation of the thyroid panel! This will hopefully be recorded next week and launched the following week.

Obviously, we’re getting off to what seems like a rocky start this year but it’s all for the better. I have been preparing for the move down to Louisiana for the last few weeks and should be there by the end of the week. Once there, you can expect better sound quality since we will be recording at Jim Chapman’s studio. Additionally, as I’m sure you’ve noticed, there have been a few episodes that have not been released. Cyndi and I talk A LOT and record/release only a small portion of those conversations. Sometimes we think we’re going to release something we record but if she doesn’t feel right about it because it’s too personal or not headed in the right direction, it’s not going live. This is the nature of the beast when you’re dealing with raw emotions. Stay with us as we work out these kinks and we WILL work them out. The good news is, once I’m down there, we will be recording two episodes most weeks so you shouldn’t ever have to go another week without one again.

Thanks for hanging in there as we gain our sea legs!

On the surface this looks like something to get behind. Something to think about when others are jealous of you. But I think upon rereading you will see that this way of thinking is led by a feeling of superiority. If someone is jealous of me and I honor that jealousy by realizing they think I’m BETTER than they are, my problems are as deep seeded as their jealousy. Maybe I wouldn’t come to the conclusion of the person being jealous IF I DIDNT NEED TO FEEL SUPERIOR- I’ve got a lot more to say about this. Curious what y’all think though.
